He did good job. However in one of the closets they just get around. When we decided to do the whole house on the spot we could move thigs around for them to do the entire closets.
THe service people were on time, clear about the process and cost, and completed their work in a very professional and proficient way. My sofas and chairs look great. Will definitely use Zerorez again and pass them on to my friends.

I didn't feel that my carpets were as clean as I hoped. No extra effort was made my the individual doing the cleaning of my carpet.
This is the third time we have utilized your services. I was not as happy this time. The traffic areas were cleaner this time than any of the other times, but don't look clean. Also, the carpet doesn't "feel" clean when you walk on it like it did the other two times. Disappointed.
Not sure if it was due to the coupon we had but the service should be consistent regardless.

You're timely, professional, the techs are Zerorez employees, you leave the carpets CLEAN!, and they dry quickly.
After letting the carpet dry, it was very apparent that the stained areas I was told should go away and they did not. When it looked good right before Jamal was a very nioe guy, but I don't think he spent enough time on the problem areas. I have sent pictures to Zerorez showing my problem areas and have asked what thier intentions are.
The use of alkaline water. No soap. I PH tested the water being used. Perfect strip test color. Fast drying.
Justin King told me what he was going to charge me for, then he way overcharged me. He didn't even give me a bill, he just got on his phone and put all the charges on there. I guess he knew I wouldn't agree with what he charged. I've never not gotten a bill from you guys after you cleaned my carpets. I am going to dispute the charge with Bank of America after it's not pending any more.
Carpet took over 24 hours to dry, whereas promised 4-6 hurs. Carpet shows some highlites after it dried. Nice young man, but don't think he had much experience. Price charged MUCH higher than special quoted. Previkous tech had done a better job.
I like that when I tried to tip the Zerorez young man, he was honest enough to say that accepting would be against company policy. (The other one had already gone back to the truck.) Turning down money says so much about his character. There is no guarantee that all Zerorez employees are that honest, but it is good to know that at least one of them is. That is the kind of person that people don't mind letting into their houses.
It amazed me how prices changedwhen the technician came to the house.
I felt I was being "up-sold"...and my time request was obviously ignored. I had asked for a time after 3:30 since I was in clinic until then. Starting around 1:30 was I informed the technician was ready to come. The previous day I had verified that the tech would come between 4-6 PM. I got home about 3:30 and they were waiting in front of my house. I felt rushed, and didn't have time to really set up. They were nice enough to vacuum for me, and help me move some of my furniture. they two guys were very nice, but I did feel a little pressured to buy more than I wanted at this time.
I will wait to give an endorsement until I see how the carpet looks in 3 months.

quick and effective service
We felt the service was a bait and switch. We wanted our air vents cleaned and were quoted a price for 10 vents. We ended up paying almost 3 times the amount of the quote to get what we thought would be included in the vent cleaning. In addition after the service was done I was cleaning up debree coming out of the vents for about 10 days. I called in to ask about it and was told it was normal that some of the debris was not sucked out of the vents. The entire experience was very frustrating and expensive. I would like for someone in management to review our invoice and see if the charges are correct. I've asked other people who have had this service and no one has paid anywhere close to what we paid with Zerorez. I hope to hear from someone in the near future. Name removed

I like that your cleaning method is natural and smells fresh. I can't say enough about the service. Our serviceman took his time and did such a thorough job. He took the time to go over everything with me and was very honest about whether he felt that a stain may be difficult to clean.
