What could we do to improve?

My $99 special turned into a $300 job. , just by adding the pretreatment for pets. The guys did a good job getting the stains out of the dirty carpet but odor is still there.

I had a grease spot on my carpet that I could not get out, no matter what I used. Your company was able to, not only remove the stain, but make my carpets look brand new. The gentleman that serviced my account, Darwin, was very professional and knowledgeable. He came in and did the job in a very short time.

Your company is everything good that I have heard. Keep up the great job and customer service.

What do you like about our products and services?

Clean and nit a soapy residue. Great customer service by the technician. A little disappointed when I ask for a certain time frame (am or pm) and didn't get it on either day I requested, which caused me to cancel the first day. You should be able to schedule am or pm when you set the appointment and not have to wait until two days before to find out you can't do that.

Do a more thorough job. There were areas of the carpet that were not even wet. I had to go back over it to remove some spots. These spots came out easily. Seems like the workers who came were in a big hurry and spent more time trying to sell me an air filter than cleaning my carpets.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I am just not very happy about how much everything ended up costing us. I was not home and my husband just was not knowing on what I had in mind to pay extra for the pet stains. We ended up spending almost $1,000. I never got my jewelry card for $100 (which was a trinket compared to what I spent out). Common guys, $900+ for old carpet. Come back and do it again in 6 months and send me 2 jewelry certificates and I may consider not posting all of this on my website and facebook.

I was told on the phone anything that I wanted done to just let the technician know when they arrived. I asked the technician about cleaning my kitchen sink and he told me they couldn't because he needed to know ahead of time since there is a speical kit to do this. The price I was quoted on the phone was less than what I actually ended up paying.

The most important thing is that the carpet looks like NEW even though it is quiet old.

Well, the carpet looked clean when the technician left on Saturday, but now it looks like a lot of the spots have come back.

I really felt the extra $25 charge for carpet cleaning the master bathroom was unnecessary and should have been included with my introductory price. I feel this way because the other two bedrooms were of normal to small size, and each were filled with large immovable furniture...because of this there was not a lot of surface available to clean. I would have thought the techician would have taken this into account when deciding whether or not to charge for the master bath. We live in a 2600 square foot home...so obviously, there are no overly-large spaces anywhere. For that reason, I'm not sure I would whole-heartendly recommend your company.
The technician, though, was friendly and thorough, and it looks like what he accomplished was done well.

What do you like about our products and services?

The required amount of time that it took to dry was a lot quicker and shorter than other companies and not as wet. A small black spot was removed without difficulty. The two high-traffic entrances to the dining room and bedroom still look some what soiled. Otherwise, the service was great.
