The stains we asked to be treated/removed are back and it's only been a short time since the tech was here. Disappointed to say the least.
I was planning on spending around $100.00. Turns out I paid almost 500.00, very pleased with what they did, but felt pressure to be forced to get the hidden doggie stains out demonstrated by their florescent pocket light. Was told that if they did Zerorez the carpet, there was a 50% chance that I would smell urine and that was quite expensive because former owner had two inside dogs. Well, I was hosting a shower in two days, so what choice did I have? They also did a great job on stretching and patching my floor, that I was very pleased with. Just saved myself from buying new carpet for at least two more years.
The scheduling lady was rude and lacked in customer service skills, I received two seperate calls confirming two seperate times of arrival. Very frustrating.
You're using bait and switch pricing tactics by telling people they get three rooms for $85. However when you go to a house the pricing is hiked with unannounced surcharges and stipulations. I'm very dissapointed at the fact that these charges were made and also that the level of cuatomer service was subpar. I've posted my grief on both your facebook page and mine as well as tweeting about this to my 1000+ fan base. I also plan to file complaints with the BBB too. At this point there is little you can do except to change your pricing structure and issue and public press release to the hundreds of people you have wronged by employing this practice.
I am very impressed with how clean my carpets got. I also find your technicians very knowledgable and courteous. You need to improve your scheduling. I can schedule a day but have to wait until 2 days before the appointment to find out what time of day you will arrive. Also, giving a 4 hour window is far too long, especially when your office should know as the day unfolds where your technicians are. Having someone wait all day only to have the technician show up at the back end of the appointment is very inconsiderate. I would not use Zerorez again if this problem continues even though I am very pleased with the quality of work.
The service was performed yesterday afternoon. When it was completed, I went back to work. The carpet looked nice and smelled nice - we were not able to walk on it of course, but everything seemed okay. When I arrived home, I found a different story and emailed your company last night but have not heard back from anyone until I received this survey. Here is what I sent to you yesterday:
Hello,
I am hoping you have some assistance for me. When the technician was here, he was very nice, and I explained that I wanted to get rid of any pet odors and stains and that is what I was hiring your company to do. I even asked if I should consider replacing the carpet, but was advised against it.
He explained that the pet treatments would be $60 per room, but nothing was ever said about "gauranteed" or "non-gauranteed". Now I see on this receipt that there actually was a service available that would "guarantee" my carpet being and smelling clean.
The reason I am writing is because the technician left here at 2:00pm and my animals were kept outside for the rest of the afternoon while I was at work. When I arrived home at 7:30, my house smells like it did before the cleaning, except now, maybe a little more pronounced due to the dampness in the carpet.
I spent $300+ to get my carpet clean and get the smells out and this is absolutely not what I would have expected.
Would you please have someone call me about this?
Thank you,

it got out most of my strains but the only problem is some of my carpet looks really dirty and out hasn't even been two does I don't understand that one so o hope some one will come out and fix out
Zerorez came highly recommended to us by friends and is the best carpet cleaning method we have ever used. This was our third use and the service technicians have always been very courteous and thorough.
The carpets looked wonderful after cleaning.
In talking with the lady while making the appointment, I wish she had told me that you do not guarantee that pet stains will come out and not re-appear. Also, I wish she had told me about the extra cost to have the carpets treated after the job was done.
1. Technician seemed new and not well trained
2. Technician cracked tiles in our master bathroom (cracks were NOT there before)
3. Technician left marks (scrapes) on our walls
4. Technician made wood floors messy
5. Carpets took 24 hours to dry
6. If it's "zero" residual, why did it stink so badly we had to rent a hotel room for a night while it dried?
I called about the $89 3 room special and was up over $500 just to do 2 rooms with pet treatment. I feel like after I denied it and had them do the 2 room's with a topical for $210 they were not happy. They did both rooms in about 20 minutes and packed up and left.
I am amazed at how really clean my carpet is. also the tech really attended to each area worried about what I thought. my carpet is old but looks very new. Thanks
Advertising via KVIL was a little off. I was expecting miracles and should have know better. The process is like everyone of your competitors--nothing special there. The experience was ok, but ust not what I expected.
So far no spots have returned, as when I used another carpet cleaner.
This is your 2nd visit to my home. I am not as pleased with this last visit from Ricky. I love the idea Zerorez uses in cleaning carpets. It is unfortunate, but I am sure you often have the customer refuse the treatment for urine spots and the "finish", mostly because we cannot afford them. Ricky showed me the spots on my carpet even though I told him up front that I could not afford to have either treatment and that the carpet was very old (99% of the urine spots are years old as well). He seemed a bit disgruntled with my answers. While my rooms were not large and only one was in really bad shape, it still took him 30 minutes or less start to finish. I did not follow him around as he worked because I felt like he knew what to do. However, I did tell him I didn't feel like the carpet was clean. He said it was the wear pattern and would only continue to get darker. Zero was out last fall - they (there were 2 men) were here longer and went over the carpet more - I felt like they had really worked to give me the best job. When I explained to Ricky the carpet did not look like that last fall when they were prepared to leave, he reluctantly went over a portion of the area again. In all, the carpet was dried much faster than the first time (which made me believe he really had not "worked it" as hard), and I did not get the impression that he particularly "cared" about my carpet or my impression of his performance.
I will have you out for another cleaning and hope that my experience will be more like my first one (3rd time is a charm, they say). I would ask you to put a note on my record that indicates I want someone other than Ricky when that time comes. If I recommend you to any of my friends, I will also tell them to insure they don't get Ricky.
Hopefully for Ricky 3/20 was just an off day for him...I know he came all the way from Irving in the rain and traffic was bad. He needs to be able to put that behind him, though, and not let it impact his appointment.
I believe most of your staff is highly professional and I just happened to get the one employee who was not so enthusiastic.
My first experience was great. My second not so. My carpet still has urine odor I was told would be removed with the extra $450 I paid. I'm now having second thoughts about using you again.
best carpet cleaning results we've ever seen!
Great service!
Everything!
The carpet was very clean and the gentleman was
very professional and courteous.
JAMAL YOUR EMPLOYEE WAS OUTSTANDING. WE WILL ASK FOR HIM NEXT TIME. THE CARPET WAS CLEAN
AND DRIED IN A SHORT TIME AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED.
My carpets are old and I have had old dogs that were ill and new puppies - now I have 2 grand dogs that visit! My carpets look like new and will last a bit longer thanks to Zerorez!
You advertise the price $99.00....I had 1 room and small hall area. Then they add
stain remover and my total was $156.00. I think that just misrepresents your
service.
I like the fact they Zerorez does not use chemicals in their cleaning process.
be less expensive!
I like that it is all natural without soap residue left behind.
I had 4+ rooms cleaned in our home and also I had you take an area rug to be cleaned. I was told it would take up to 4 weeks. I called and inquired multiple times after the 4 weeks- my calls were not returned and only got answers after calling back. I spent over $700 with you this time and have used you in the past. I expect better customer service. Jamal (the techinican who cleaned our carpets) was great. Customer service on area rug was poor. I was given a time window on when my area rug would be returned. The man who did deliver it did not know we were given a time frame. My husband told him he could leave it on our porch if he didn't make it before my husband had to leave to pick up our son. The man left the rug on the porch - but it was uncovered and wet! To be honest, I can't really tell if the carpet is cleaner than when I gave it to you. I submitted these commets over a week ago via your website but have heard nothing back.
We had a bad customer service experience. Also, some spots have returned on our hallway carpet and we just had them cleaned 2 weeks ago. We do not walk on the carpet with our shoes. We have always had good experiences with Zerorez, but this time seemed a lot different.

The tech was fixed on adding another $240 charge that was outside our financial reach. When he learned we couldn't go with it, he did a quick clean of the rug, spending less than a half hour on the entire house and not doing the closets. He totally ignored any areas that needed extra cleaning.
I have a Bissell rug cleaner that I could done the entire house just as well. I paid with the understanding that Zerorez could have done a better job. I was wrong.
I am very disappointed in the job that Zerorez did and will use a different company next time.
