Prompt,polite and very professional..I have had this carpet for 6 years and zerorez is the only company that has ever cleaned it and it still looks new. Thanks for a great product.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I sent in a complaint online and still have not heard from anyone. I was very disappointed with my service. I agreed to pay $89 for 3 rooms to be cleaned, as advertised. I asked about the pet stain removal on the phone but was told I could not get a quote until the "technician" saw my carpeting. The technician when in my home told me that it would be an extra $120 for 2 rooms to be cleaned with their special Pet removal process and this was a set price regardless (I could have told this on the phone but was not). He said that the regular cleaning would leave awful white spots where the pets had urinated, and it was not an option, so I was pressured into spending $234 to have ONLY 2 rooms cleaned for an unguaranteed cleaning. I was also promised that my carpeting would be dry in 2 hours. I was told this last night at 6:20pm. As of this morning, my carpeting was still very wet. Could somebody please contact me! Everybody at my work is asking me for a recommendation, and at this point I will NOT give any good feedback for this experience.

The young man was very nice pushy about extra service fees. I was mostly disappointed in how WET my carpet was. It was done by430-5 pm and was still wet by 11 pm. We had to put towels down to walk on it in order to go to bed. I haven't had that happen in years. I definitely not use your service again.

You are VERY EXPENSIVE on your spot removal processes. I had a few spots and was quoted $60-$70 per spot. As it was, it cost me $400+, but the remainder of the carpet looks really good.

Employees were very fast and professional!
And they spoke English..... Which is a big deal for me.... No communication problems!!
Carpet came clean very quickly! No fumes from chemicals.
I don't think the sales person that scheduled my appointment was very clear about the extra charges!
Your commercial on the radio says $89 for three rooms , cleaned and sanitized!
But if you need it "clean" you have to spend an extra $60 per room for really clean. The sales person said $60 for any stain treatments or pet issues!
Not $60 per room! So by the time it was really clean and with a scotch treatment I ended up spending over $300!!!
So I feel your commercial is very misleading!

Zerorez provided wonderful customer services and make our carpets look as good as new. We especially liked the Zerorez spot treatment solution, as it lifted grease from the carpet with no problems.

Service provider was on time and professional. He actually got one spot out that had always been there. But there were a number of spots that I thought should be easy to remove that didn't come out. three days later it looks like I need my carpet cleaned. I also smelled a sour odor the day after. I think I will go back to Blackmon Morring next time.
