Not sure about products but your service is great. Right after Kevin cleaned my carpet in one of the bedroom, spot cleaned for dog urine, my dog went in and urinated on the carpet. Needless to say, I was beside myself with frustration with that dog, she normally doesn't do that.
I felt the upfront quote was not thorough therefore misleading. My quote was $155 and the bill ended up being $452. Had the person booking the appointment been more thorough, I would not have used your service. I was warned by a friend this is exactly what would happen because it happened to them. Richard the tech did a fine job and worked with me as much as possible. I really felt like I was trapped and had no choice - I had to get the job done and didn't have time to make alternate plans. I should have cancelled and found someone else to do the job. Carpet looks okay but some stains could not be removed. Richard certainly made it clear up front he could not guarantee. I felt like he did the best he could. I don't think it's fair the bill ended up 3 x's what I was quoted. The call desk asked me about square feet of space - I have no idea. Maybe there is a better way to create the quote that would not cause the confusion. I was never asked about stairs, pet stains, etc.
The carpet looks fabulous! I never dreamed that they would look this good! They feel clean to the touch so I am sure that is a result of not using soap! NO REZ!! I will definitly call you again as well as I would highly recommend Zerorez!
The carpet is not as soft as I expected. Otherwise good job. I hope the expensive duct cleaning is worth it! I should expect to see less dust on our furniture, right?
I feel the service is excellent but it always costs more than I expect. I can only afford to do it once a year. I would like for you to offer a Groupon or similar deal.
The floor was wet for over 4 hours. I wasn't respecting it to be that wet

We were told one room was too large upon arrival of the crew. This now counted as two rooms. This was not the case the first time we used zerorez the first time. Disappointing. Was it cheaper service because we used an advertised special?
