The tech was informative and friendly; the carpets cleaned up great; the majority of the stains went bye-bye; when I need my carpets cleaned again, Zerorez will be getting my phone call!
There are several spots in almost every room that were not removed. The traffic patters are still very visible throughout the house. The only answer I can see to question #2 is to come back out and re-clean my carpet. The guys who did the job worked very hard and tried - it's just that the products they used didn't seem to work in getting the spots removed and the traffic patterns clean. For the result I got, I think I could have found someone to clean my carpets for a much lower rate (over $500). In addition, I was VERY uncomfortable giving my credit card number to someone to input to their iPhone!!
Prompt, polite, courteous
No chemicals used, quick and efficient. Technicians were polite and explained what they were doing.
I had my stairs cleaned and they were left soaking wet! It literally took over 24 hours for them to completely dry. I went from step to step standing on a towel to try and dry them.
Also, when I did the run through inspection I noticed a spot still on the floor. I bent down to touch it and that area of the carpet was dry! It had been completely skipped over. I was not happy with how the carpets were cleaned. Too many issues.
I had my tile and grout cleaned, the service techs were very friendly. Once my grout dried it started cracking and crumbling. What started out as a simple cleaning is now becoming a very expensive project.

The tech gave me a price for the carpet cleaning of $960+ tax for a complete house clean including pet urine stains. This was much greater than the quote of $250 given to me on the phone by the lady who booked my cleaning. I was already balking at the price difference before I received my receipt via email charging me over $200 in excess charges from the original $960 price. I have never had any problems with other carpet cleaning companies giving me one price and then charging my credit card another. I was initally impressed by the man who was doing the cleaning but I am sick to my stomach now with having to share this upcharge with my parents whose house I was having cleaned on their behalf.
I need to have a refund of these excess charges for this company to regain any lost ground in my book. I wanted to bring ZeroRez into my own home after this cleaning but I cannot trust that they will treat me fairly and honestly. I have contacted a supervisor with the company and have waited a day so far to hear back from them. I should have received a prompt returned call to work this out. Perhaps this review will get things moving.
Overall, a very sour ending for a company that I had high hopes of becoming my next carpet cleaning company. You want customers for life? Treat them with honesty and respect not underhanded thievery!
No formal description of service fees. I realize all homes are different sizes and situations but some guidelines for general services would be beneficial. All I got was a long rushed story about what was needed and prices scribbled on paper by the Rep. Then the final bill ended up $400 above what was quoted and we were left with no preprinted evidence that pricing was standard. Also, the house was left extremely filthy from the vent cleaning and we had to work extremely hard to make sure our small children (4 yrs & 1 month both met by techs) didn't have to sleep in filthy beds.
The technician was courteous and knowledgeable.
The cleaning solution...water! Professionalism, ease of rescheduling, price.
Carpet is staying fresh longer and doesn't stink. I had tried many times to clean the carpet with my soap and Bissell---It just couldn't do the job as good as zerorez. I like the fact that the cleaning process is "green".
Your Techs are on-time or early. They stay until the job is done and are professional while they are here.
No funny smells from chemicals and the quick dry time.
I was told I would receive an email estimate of how much the service would cost, but I never did.

Service was quick, efficient. Rep didn't try to sell us a bunch of upgrade services, etc. Carpet looked great after he left.
We are not sure yet if this will be our final rating. I had used your service before and was satisfied until about 8 weeks later the stains re-surfaced. This time they re-surfaced the very next day. We are having a redo to those areas and see how that turns out. Since we cannot get Sat service, this means it will take another day of my husband when he can get the day off. That is a second inconvenience we did not expect. We love the outcome when is done completly, but wished we didn't have to get it done with a second visit.

I think the fuel charge should just be included in the price (raised to that amount). You couldn't perform the service if you wern't here so I think that is a little misleading on your pricing.I don't have a problem with the eight dollars, I just think it should be included in the quote.

Joe did a wonderful job and he was very informative. He talked me into doing my kitchen tile and I marvel at it. Didn't realize how much the grout had darkened. It looks like new.
It is green, it is clean and it was quick and easy! My place didn't smell of harsh chemicals and my floor was dry within three hours!
