I found the difference between the phone sales person and that of the technician as to the pricing to be off by more than 50%. I clearly described my needs and room sizes to the phone person. I emphasized the pet odor removal as the main service, and still the price was off by over $100. Also, the carpet did not completely dry for 38 hours when the technician said it would take 6-8. It was completely wet, not just damp, for over 24 hours. The carpets are clean and fresh, but the customer service and communication between the sales person and the tech are unacceptable.

Was quoted $85 for three rooms special. My wife told the person on the phone exactly what the issue areas were - 1 stair landing / 1 stair / and 3 spot cleans for candy and cat urine. Granted I bought two cleaner bottles for $45 but my total came to $278. Feel like we were baited and switched at time of service. Not a happy customer who will not call again.

Service was very expensive. Also, some stains that seemed to disappear while the carpet was wet re-appeared hours later when it dried. From the advertising I expected the worn areas to come out better as well. Your $89 for 3 rooms radio ads give the impression that stains will be removed but it's not until the technicians got to my home that I found out that the $60 per room pre-treatment is required for that. I will be looking for a better solution in the future.

Seemed like a quick process..I'll have to wait for the true results later.

I was told the wrong time for the appointment and had take off additional leave from work. In addition, driver did. Of do a walk through after finishing.

I was not happy with the level of stain removal and/or the cleaning of high traffic areas that occurred. In fact stains reappeared that had not been prominent. I would have paid for a more intense stain removal if I had been told that it was needed. I have seen greater success with other companies and the rugs were not that severely soiled. Instead my husband was sold some preventive that I suspect has limited value.

I like that it is green cleaning and that items are not soggy when you are finished. It would have been nice if I'd been told in advance that for wool area rugs, the cleaning could not be done onsight and would take 3-4 weeks.

The technician was professional and polite. While the spot removal was very good, I was disappointed with the results in path areas. I don't know if it was an unrealistic expectation to get an appreciable change.
