How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I hired you to come out and clean my couch which had cat urine on it. I asked the tech whether the service was guaranteed and he said, "Yes. It's guaranteed for 30 days. If the smell is going to come back, it will be back before then." They cleaned and treated the urine spots and I left the cushions as they were for over 12 hours. When I went to put them back in place, I smelled the urine in at least two of the spots. Also, my whole couch smelled like a wet dog. The smell made my allergies go nuts. I called and someone is coming to re-treat the spots, but I'm skeptical that the couch will ever be the same.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

1) Made appointment for cleaning to occur early in the day. The (first) scheduler said no problem, between 8:30 and 1:30. Then another call was received 2 days before scheduled day, our appointment had shifted to late afternoon, no explanation. I asked for an early time on a different Monday, was told not possible. No explanation.
2) Your technician said drying time 2+ hours. Well, it took overnight as expected (all fans set full speed, RH was not high that day). This is why we wanted cleaning done first thing in the a.m.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I spent a close to $500 on getting the dog odor/hair out of the carpets in 3 bedrooms. Unfortunately, the odor in one spot is still there, and there is hair in the corners of the carpets. My expectations are obviously picky to say the least, however, I would have paid more to guarantee the odor and all the hair removed.

What do you like about our products and services?

My carpets were very dirty from high traffic, pet stains, and a rust stain that had been in the carpet for over a year. I wasn't sure they could even be cleaned, and I planned on replacing the carpet in the near future, anyway. Zerorez was honest about what stains they could remove and ones that they possibly could not remove. They were upfront about additional costs required to remove the tough stains. I was extremely impressed with their product and the results were amazing! My old carpet feels, looks, and smells wonderful! I honestly cannot believe how good they look. I don't have to replace my carpet now!

The cleaning process was very fast. The gentleman that did the work was very pleasant. After the carpets were cleaned they looked really good. Almost like new carpet!!!

Jamal did an amazing job of making our 12 year old carpet look like new. I like that the process does not leave a harsh chemical smell and that it dried quickly. You can't even tell that visiting children mashed Easter chocolat into our carpet or that we ever had a pet. ;-)

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

1. We were told by the scheduler to expect service between 3:00 and 4:30 PM. At 4:30, I called to verify time and left a message. Terry Morton called back to say he'd be at our home by 5:10. Apparently, he was told that we were scheduled between 4:30 and 6:30. He showed me this appointment schedule on his phone. So, the problem was not with the service personnel, but with the scheduling personnel.
2. As requested, I removed all items from end tables, coffee tables, etc...and the only piece of furniture moved was an ottoman.
3. Pet urine stains were not fully removed by treatment, even with paying the extra $60.
4. On a positive note, a few spots of red paint on the carpet were entirely removed. I will reserve judgment on the rest of the carpet until I see if high traffic area spots reappear. I chose Zero Rez because of this guarantee.

Dryness of carpet afterwards, complete stain removals, no residue or smell and spots do not re-occur. I went on line to make my appointment and there was immediate follow up. I wasn't home when they came, but my husband said the tech was very nice and thorough. And I have given some of my friends your company as a referral.

Have drivers call 30min before anticipated arrival. That would be much nicer that having to waint around the house for the given 3hr "window".

Seems to do a great job. However, if pet stains and odor are an issue, it will not remove them completely, but then no one should expect miracles.

The results of the cleaning, the softness of the carpet after it dries, the courtesy of the labor....all great. I had an oriental rug cleaned through zerorez and they did Not keep me well informed of the progress of the cleaning. It took 1 month and I had to call to check on it. I had concerns about ever seeing it again. I did get it back and it is wonderful which I deeply appreciate. Next time I will know it takes longer than I was told. thank you, Name removed
