carpet is clean at reasonable price
I would suggest that people that provide the quotes be better trained. We were told that heavy traffic areas are a standard part of the service and only stains such as coffee, blood wine etc would be an extra fee. Then the technician comes out and first thing he says is it will cost $75 to treat a small traffic area. He handled the situation very well an did a good job but it should have been avoided. The reputation of quoting a low price and then adding extras is not good. The techncian kept trying to sell all the extra services.
The carpets feel like they have a residue of some sorts..like they are really rough.
Stain treatment pricing was not disclosed until AFTER completion, doubled the price of the service. Total Scam!
My carpet does not have a fresh smell to it. I am very disappointed with the work done. I paid extra for a better job, but I had to go out and buy febreze to hide the odor.

The day after my carpet was cleaned at my new location I was unpacking and was walking around without shoes. By noon the bottoms of my feet were completely black from the carpet. I don't think the carpet is clean and certainly not at all what I expected from Zerorez. This is a far cry from Zero residue.
I like that there is no chemical residue on our carpet. It has kept our 11 year old carpet looking pretty good.
No chemicals and great service from tech and very polite and hard working

How well it cleans.
I had my carpets cleaned about 2 months prior to Zerorez by Dalworth and they looked worse than before I had them cleaned. I called Dalworth and they told me it must have been something I had done to carpet to make the carpet look so bad and only offered to re-clean it at full price.
Zerorez re-cleaned the carpet and it looks great!
It's the best carpet cleaning I've ever had. I was concerned about the grime on the carpets at the baseboards. They got it. No carpet cleaning service has ever been able to get that close to the baseboards.
Have scheduler be clear about what furniture/items need to be removed from carpet before the techs arrive. I wasn't given any direction on what I needed to move.
Would also be helpful it scheduler would make it clear that the recommended treatment by tech. might increase the cost of your service. In my case, I ended up paying almost double of what I expected since the tech recommended I get a the pre-treatment (at $60/room) since I have a dog. Ouch!
Initially horrible customer service when calling in. Very disappointed in being on hold for TEN minutes and then ending up talking to an answering service though it was the middle of the day, then finally getting tranferred to the local office though I asked several times to be transferred. It was very difficult and frustrating. HOWEVER, the manager I spoke with was excellent and the technician who cleaned our carpets was outstanding. We truly enjoyed the experience from that perspective. Our carpets look much better and we feel the technician was very knowledgable, kind, respectful, and really an expert. Thank you for that portion of the experience.
I was disappointed by the absolute inability to discover in advance ANY type of amount associated with the "special fees" involved with the carpet cleaning.
Only upon the arrival of the tech was any information given. I could have declined but the job was mainly to freshen up the carpet prior to an Open House which was to be held in the following three days. My budget would not permit me to extend the cost that much (from $300 to $700) so In order to just get the carpet cleaned, I opted for the simple basic cleaning and declined any special treatments.
There were a few pet stains that had resisted my cleaning but they were not that noticeable. I will say they were reduced somewhat by the basic cleaning.

The carpets were quick to dry, unlike some other cleaners which leave the carpets very wet. The service personnel were very efficient and polite, in and out very quickly.

Zerorez got stains out that I was very unsure would ever come clean. I already have recommended your services to a friend. The only puzzlement I had was that Rick quoted me a price of $40 for your cleaner, and the statement charge was $45. I have not tried it yet, but expect it to perform as well as he promised.

Our carpet is very old, and while it is decent shape, I hated walking around on it barefoot, even after having it professionally cleaned by other companies. After Zerorez came out, our carpet was the cleanest I'd ever seen it and SOFT. I couldn't believe it. It was almost like new again!
