The carpet cleaning done on Saturday is like no other cleaning we have had done. Not only does the product show an incredible first day difference from D------h, the technician was head and shoulders above anyone who has ever done work at our home!!!
Disappointed that the urine stains seem to be worse with the enzyme treatment. This was the biggest reason we scheduled the clean.
I love that the carpets looked brand new again, as far as the high traffic areas, and I loved that it smelled fresh, with no chemical smells. I love that it is chemical free, therefore safe for pets and kids. However, I was a little disappointed that it didn't get a stain out that I had treated, and that one of the pet areas that I had pet treated still smelled as urine afterwards. I was hoping that would completely take the smell away.

A lot of focus on selling additional services. Wasn't pleased to pay extra to have stains removed. I thought that's why I was having my carpets cleaned? Except for the stains that I paid extra to remove, carpet did not really look different.
The 89.95 for 3 rooms is only if you have clean carpets for you to clean. You charge extra for every little thing. If we had clean carpets to begin with we wouldn't be calling you. We were charged extra for every little thing on the carpet even just your normal every day dirt. 318 dollars later and that wasn't even for the whole house. I'm sure that would of been 500 dollars (maybe even 600) and that was just 2 more rooms. Call you again. I don't think so.
They did a good job, and the guy was prompt and courteous.
You did not give me a receipt in email even though you told me you would over the phone and when your technician came to my home. YOu also did not give me the Fuller Jewelry $100.00 gift # even though you told me you would when I initially called in. So far, you have not done what you said you would do...I will call your office again tomorrow. When you finally keep your commitments to me, I will recommend you. Until then, I will tell everyone I know that you do not keep your word no matter what Jodie Dean says.
I like the timelyness of your service and the fact that you do not use chemicals

You charged me $8 for a fuel charge? Okay, but then your truck leaked oil creating a square foot oil stain in front of my house?
The service was very prompt, professional and courteous. The carpets looked great afterwards and were dry in a short amount of time.
The carpet cleaning was good -- this was my second time using your service. However, the carpet stretch was horrible. There were multiple places where 1/4 to 1/2 inch gap was shown between the trim and the carpet. And, the finish work was under my expectation. Many spots, you can see the edges torn with the knife... I had the carpet stretch done before but it was not like this. Due to great experience with carpet cleaning I thought the other services would be superior as well. I was very disapppinted and I would not recommend to anyone and I will not use your service as well
The number one thing I really wanted cleaned well was the corners of my stairwell. I explicitly mentioned this to the Zerorez guys when they came to the house. After they were done, the corners of the stairs looked no cleaner than before they arrived. I asked them what else they could do, and they humed and hawed about how they couldn't get them clean. I asked if there was anything else they could do since they still looked a dark guy, and they said no. I expressed my disappointment, and I paid and they left. After they left, I got out a bottle of Resolve carpet cleaner that I had under the sink, convinced that this could be cleaned. I scrubbed away at the stair corners with the Resolve and some rags..... and to my surprise, the Resolve got out all the dirt! THe stair corners went from dark gray to light beige with my elbow grease and the Resolve.
Needless to say, I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with Zerorez after I finish cleaning my own carpets. I will not recommend Zerorez to anyone and will not be using them again. It makes me wonder how clean my carpets really got, given that a $6 bottle or Resolve could do something a $300 carpet cleaning service from Zerorez couldn't.
