Highly recommendable. Your representative, Mr Martinez, worked his butt off making our carpet stand up and "shine". Job very well done. Hopefully all of your representatives are modeled after Mr Martinez.

What do you like about our products and services?

I have used Zerorez for several years. The technicians are always very knowledgeable and professional. I like the way the carpet feels after cleaning.....soft and clean to the touch. I like the fact that they do not use chemicals to clean the carpet.

Some the carpet was missed entirely. I had to clean it with my home steamer. Most was done well. Area missed in entry and dirtiest of the carpet.

Well it works first of all and very well. I love how clean it gets the carpets and plus the fact its kid and pet friendly. This is the third time Zerorez has cleaned my carpets and as always an amazing job! Love Zerorez!

What do you like about our products and services?

That you have some new equipment that really brings the nap of the carpet up and it get all the debri/dog hair in the carpet up that your vaccum cleaner can't get out. The pet stain removal is wonderful. And my carpet was not soaking wet when they were finished.

What could we do to improve?

I wish I had been there to point out a particular spot to the technicians. My husband met them instead. There is a spot that's small and not too bad in a bedroom that I sure assumed would come out, but it did not. I'm surprised it's still there, and of course it's the only thing I see when I walk into that room!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I wanted my living room & 4 bedrooms cleaned. I showed the tech the specific pee stains from our puppy & the tech used his UV light. He said he would put some kind of urine thing that breaks up the urine in two of the rooms. so I thought he would be taking the yellow stains out. There was still a yellow stain in one of the bedrooms. In the master bedroom, there is an area where if I get down & smell the carpet it still smells like pee. I'm frustrated b/c I was only going to do the $89.99 3 room special. I added the two rooms b/c he said it was a good clean & I ended up paying $338!!! I wish they would come back and at least do the 3 spots where the dog peed

Come back and re-do a few stain areas. I bought your service due to your radio commercial and a comment Chris Krock made on about how you removed some tough stains that other carpet cleaners were not able to remove. After the carpets dried I noticed there were a couple of stains. Will you come back and re-do them?

The carpet cleaning is great. He even got out a couple of drops of paint. However, I was dissappointed that my hard wood floors were tracked with the footprints and drops of water. Not a hard price to pay for having my carpets clean. Am also having trouble being able to get the Fuller's jewelry coupon. Still don't have it even after calling and speaking with someone today. Can I request that it be mailed to me.?

I have used your services several times and referred you to others. I would only suggest
that you provide your driver/service technician with a long, commercial extension cord as
sometimes they are working in vacant properties.

The phone person I spoke with was very nice and accommodating to my schedule. The tech was nice and respectable of my home and did a very thorough job in a shorter amount of time than I expected. I will definitely use in the future! Thank you !

The stains were not addressed, only the smells.
Do Not try to school clients in depth unless they ask about the proceedures. Some people have degrees, too.

The scheduled time was 11:30 to 1:30. Zerorez showed up at 2:10. No phone call. We had to call Zerorez after 1:30 to ask where the service man was.We were told at that point that the service had just finished he last job and that he was on his. His last job was in Frisco. It took 40 min's to get to my house.

I am scheduled for a re-do and that will make things better. The tech was polite but he did not have the equipment to fluff the carpet. Also, not his fault, there was a large coffee spot which was not removed. I did not point it out to him. I just thought he would see it and clean it better. After I called for a redo, information was given about the extra charge for removing large coffee spots.

We were charged twice for one room. Even though the room was over the required 200 sq ft, the other 2 rooms were significantly smaller. I'm sure the total of the 3 rooms was well under 600 sq ft. I feel you should make some allowances on the 200 sq ft policy and show a little more fairness

Seemed to just get the surface dust and dirt up. I had to go back and spot treat a few areas to get the carpet clean myself. I am not sure how clean the carpet really got.

We used only the carpet cleaning services & are very pleased with the service provided and the results of the cleaning. J.B., our serviceman, explained all the expenses involved in the services before the services were rendered and took his time removing soap from previous spot cleanings out of the carpet.
