The stains I had removed 3 weeks ago have returned.
Cleans exceptionally good.
This will be the third visit to remove the stains from the carpet in the living room. Stains are still appearing after the carpet dries. The other rooms done are fine, but the living room remains unsatisfactory. The fact that I have had to wait a week between visits is also not satisfactory.
One of my rugs still has a strong odor to it. Price also seemed a little high.
Had a 5x7 area rug cleaned. The guy that came to pick it up was VERY nice and professional. However, I was led to believe that I would have my rug back in one to one-and-a-half weeks. After two weeks, I called and did not get a call back. I waited another week and called and got someone on the phone that said she would call me back...she never did. I called again and that time, they did call me back, saying it would be another week and that area rugs are sent out to be cleaned. It was another week before I heard anything. I paid the entire amount up front. So essentially you had my rug AND my money. There was absolutely no incentive for you to provide me with good customer service.

I love the fact that it looks like I have new carpet and to not have to worry about my dog walking around on the carpet when it was wet was a huge plus!!! Thank you so much Zerorez.
Was scheduled for carpet cleaning and pet stain all done but pet stain still there. Tech came to me about every 30 minutes saying this needed done and then talked and talked to the point I was not clear what was included in what he was doing and what was not. He never told me what anything would cost. He said my air filters were needing replaced so he added these too. I have Zerorez filters that never need replaced and are only 2 years old. When he finished a bill that should have been 300 was 2,200. I was floored and did not know what to do. I did not have that kind of money and would never have approved this. I had surgery 2 weeks ago and had spent a lot of money on medical issues and do not know how to pay for this. My pet stain is still present and was only 2 days old when cleaned and should have come out. I am very very displeased with my service and don't know how to pay for this and will never recommend you again.
I have rescheduled another appointment due to the fact I have brown marks around each clean parts. The help are very professional and I'm hoping the second visit will clear everything up. The rug does feel clean tho. Thank you
be more atuned to your estimate versus what became actual. based on estimate and what your tech ended up charging it was almost double. i was not happy with that.
MY MAIN TRAFFIC AREAS DID NOT COME OUT AS CLEAN AS I THOUGHT THEY SHOULD. I HAVE WAITED THIS LONG TO RESPOND TO MAKE SURE THE CARPET WAS DRY. FEEL FREE TO CALL ME FOR MORE INFORMATION. Phone number removed
Carpets were cleaned with steam, not soap. Technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. The cleaning was completed in a timely manner.
The sealer the guys applied to the carpet left a strong odor for hours. We weren't prepared for that.

The two pet treatments didn't remove the smell from the carpet. The carpet looks really clean but the odor is still there.
That the product is chemical free and safe. The service was great. The guy was polite, fast, informative,and was not pushy about trying to get me to spend more money. Carpet looks great!
The original sale of $89 is misleading, after you add the trip charge, tax and a hallway, which most companies do for free, it's more expensive than the competitors.
Then the tech came in and said if we don't pay $60 more for the pet treatment, our house will smell when he leaves. The $89 turned into $200. The upselling was just too much.
I called for the special and while I understand the carpets were old and needed work, I ended up spending 3x what I originally thought. I was having company in a matter of days, so I had to make a quick decision.
Sales associate was not a good salesman. Prices on rug cleaning were far too expensive, don't try and sell me a 150 dollar air filter.
My carpets look brand new after Zerorez cleans them. I get great advice about how to handle issues that occur.

I liked all cleaning for the couch and ordered a new filter and a furnace upgrade filtration. But, that was 10 days ago, and I have not received the filter yet and no one has contacted me from the furance division for an appointment to come out to install the furnace air cleaning system. Therefore, I am a little disappointed in the furnace part of the service

Tech promised spots on wood floors would be gone, they are not. We called him back out no resolution.
He did not pretreat.
I was not there when they did the cleaning. But when I returned the house smelled very nice. Everything thing was as clean I felt as they could get it. There were some bad spots they could not get up but That was ok because I didn't figure they would be able to.

The technician that was sent out did not listen to our requests and ended up cleaning a section of the house that had just been cleaned by Zerorez 2 months earlier. He then said that we still had to pay for it since he had done it - even though we had told him not to. Therefore, we were charged for services that had not been requested. Furthermore, the technician was 2 hours late and did not include the late discount we had been given from the call center. I have since contacted the customer service manager and gotten the situation resolved. We are receiving a check to reimburse us for the extranious expenses. The people in the service department have been outstanding. The technician and the supervisors he talked with after he finished the job, however, were very unprofessional and uncooperative.
I do appreciate Zerorez's efforts to reconcile the situation
