Service was excellent. Technician was very professional, worked efficiently, and went right from one task to another without wasting anytime. He not only cleaned the carpets but 3 cloth sofas that were old and left them looking like new. My house smells of clean now. Will definitely call next year for another round. I already have three people who will be calling for their appointments.

I like the no chemical option for cleaning. Carpets always look and stay clean. Reps are always helpful and knowledgeable. We had our ducts cleaned this time, it was quick, not dirty or messy and I really notice an improvement in our indoor air and reduction in dust. We have used Zero Rez for many years and will continue to do so.

Well - it wasn't as good as what Jody Dean claims. I had it done on Thurs and Today is Sunday and the stains are already coming back out. I was talked out of the $89.00 deal and into the pet deal which was about tripple the $89.00 fee. I just thought it would last longer than a few days.

My technician was very nice.

My carpet in living is still dirty. In other rooms the high traffic spots are gone. Once carpets were dry in living room it do not look clean. The same spots were there.

I have pretty bad allergies and I liked the idea of only water and no chemicals. Chris and Sean were on time actually about 15 minutes early, very professional. I greatly appreciate the punctuality in a world where most service companies give a two to four hour window, and then show up in the last 15 minutes without having called to see if the appointment needs to be rescheduled. Our time is as valuable as everyone else. This was a hi-lite. I've already recommended your services to two neighbors who asked after they saw the truck. By the way the carpet looks great. Our carpet was the original carpet to the house being 10 yrs old and after the cleaning they were like brand new again. We also had our tile cleaned through out the whole house and what a difference! The grout was brought back to life!
