I sent an email to you this past weekend about the pet stain. I paid for pet stain prevention treatment when the technician arrived. However, when the carpet dried, the pet stains on my carpet looked worse than before it was treated. I would not have paid for the extra protection if I knew my carpet would look worse. At this point, I think I need to replace the carpet...
The product removed 98% of the HORRIBLE stains that another company had previously cleaned in August 2011.
The 2 gentlemen that came to clean were extremely friendly and exceptionally polite.

But the #1 reason above all of that is that no other company has been able to get our eggshell burber carpet this clean! Was hopeful your company would be different and couldn't believe the results! My daughter who has severe asthma was unable to move into our new home due to the previous owners having several pets. Zerorez came in and cleaned and sanitized the carpets and cleaned out all of the air ducts and the place smells new. Thanks for bringing our family back together!
I had stains in my carpets that other carpet cleaning companies could get out, but within several months, they would come right back. I had Zerorez clean my carpets and 7 months later the stains have never reappeared.I will never use any other carpet cleaning company. I am amazed at how much better Zerorez is over their competition.

I would have been happier if small things like end tables, etc, which could easily have been pushed away, would have been moved. Behind a rocking chair, in plain sight, was a red/brown spot from our dog which I feel should have been taken care of. Also, we would have been happy to help push back the couch to get under there.
