What could we do to improve?

The tech was very polite, but needed to explain what he was going to do before starting and why he would or would not pretreat all stains. I had to ask him to treat the stains after he cleaned the first room...he said he was planning to clean first, treat any remaining areas, then reclean.

Then when he was done, he put everything away and never even asked me to inspect the work to see if I was happy. If I wasn't happy, he would have had to pull the hoses back out, making it awkward for me to say I wanted him to work some more on any areas.

What could we do to improve?

I needed treatment for pet odor and started with the first level of pet treatment. The cleaning, pet treatment, and sealer cost more than $700 for less than 1000 square feet plus stairs (and the tech gave me some rooms "free"). The two techs cleaned my carpet in an hour, so that's $700 for an hour's work. We still have some pet odor--one spot was missed but you're coming back to re-treat for free. To completely eliminate the odor, we probably need to have some pads replaced, but I can't face spending any more money even though my carpet is only 2.5 years old and cost over $4000. I have not had my carpets cleaned by anyone else but given the expense and the fact that your treatment did not eliminate the pet odor that's probably in the pad, I'd be tempted to have a cheaper treatment if it isn't going to completely fix the problem anyway. The tech made a lot of claims about what is better about your service and product, but I don't know if those claims justify the cost.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The initial appointment was for 3 Rooms, when they arrived, I showed them 5 rooms.
I had talked to a number of services with different deals and thought the deal was for 5 rooms not 3. Even the appointment reminder did not remind me of our initial agreement as well the service man did not inform me that I was adding 2 rooms to the inital agreement and what the charge would be for the additional rooms. He had no trouble informing of additional charges for pet treatments or for upholstery.

Well it could have been alittle cleaner. And to be able to have protector put on it without so much extra. There spots still on it. I just felt for what, I paid it could have been alot cleaner than it was

It was given as a Mother's Day gift by her three children.

However, there was an issue when my mother called to setup the appointment. She call yesterday and the representative that answered the phone was not listening to the requests that my mother was making in making an appointment for Zerorez to come to her home. From what I gather, the girl didn't talk into the phone directly and when an elderly person is on the line -- there are those that have hearing difficulties and when the person isn't talking directly into the phone, it's quite difficult to understand what's being said at the time.

That said, my mother is looking forward to having your company clean her carpets, as I have raved about the process for sometime. She is having it done on Tuesday and here's hoping for good results.....

My carpets were so much cleaner and smelled much fresher. The service gentlemen Tim and his helper were efficient, professional, clean-cut and above all honest with me about the pet stains and some other hard stains that may not come up. They offered me additional services of Vent cleaning. I really appreciated their work and kindness.

It worked on the stains I had previously rented a machine for and actually cost me less when I factor in my time. I would like for companies like your to have some kind of quarterly programs so that I get a reminder and it gets scheduled. No one is doing that yet -- get on it y'all. Then put me on for bi-monthly

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

After reading the article at https://carpetguru10.wordpress.com/2011/03/05/zeroresidue/ I'm not convinced the "empowered water" is much more useful than regular water with surfactants. Also, the extra charge for the pet treatment significantly raised the cost of the cleaning. I would only recommend Zerorez to friends if the price was better than competition.

the carpet was cleaned in three rooms and stretched in one and two of those rooms look like new. The third room looks as good as pretty worn carpet can.

Better disclaimer on pricing. The "deal" we received stated $89 for 3 rooms but did not mention extra charges for pet treatments. So it was quite a sticker shock once we received the quote of over $200 for our 3 rooms.

My appointment had a window of 1:30 to 4:30. As it turns out, they made it around 4:30. It would have been helpful to have received an update that it was likely to be late in the day.
Roy, however, was great. He was curteous and pleasant. Although the carpet was not that dirty, they were honest about whether they could pull the pile up and so there were no surprises. I appreciated that.

Yesterday your tech came out to do a 3 room for 89.00, when he saw my family room he said that it would cost me 200. extra do to having a commerical grade carpet, which is berber carpet...he stated that since I had it cleaned before with chemicals...(rug doctor), mind you I have cleaned my carpets using the (rug doctor) he said that it would not come clean with his normal procedures, he sprayed the carpet with the same chemicals he sprayed my other carpets...when the job was done my other carpets were cleaned except for a spilled punch stain in my living room and my family room still is not completely clean, there are large areas that still are dirty... I waited until this morning just to see if after drying it would look better but it is not...for 200.00 I expected alot more, I am very disatified I have done a better job using hot water and the (rug doctor)...I had another appointment for today to have my tile done at my other house, but at this time I wish to cancel that appointment...I was told by the tech that the carpet would be completely dry after 4-5 hours and that included the time I had the rooms scotch guarded, and this morning the carpet is still damp...

Jamal did a great job getting pet urine and other bodily fluids out of my carpet from previous owner. He was respectful, efficient, knowledgeable and most of all PATIENT with me as he walked me through each step of the process. Thank you!!
