We were out of town when the tech came to clean the carpet. It was awful when we left and great to come back to like new carper.

What could we do to improve?

Appreciate the use of only water, no chemicals. We have SMART Strand carpet and can only have water treatment. Did not see any use of an agitator which may have possibly helped???

products. My carpet looks good and Seth and Joseph were extremly nice.

The carpet was clean, nice job there. And the service man was nice enough. It was a "deal" to begin with, but pre-treatment pushed the cost on up there. I feel like I've had the same service with Dalworth Clean for a little better price.

Paid for expensive pet treatment that technician said was necessary and house still smelled when he was done, yet somehow pet treatment not guaranteed???? What's the point? Carpets look okay and technicians were very polite and professional, just not convinced that it was the best carpet cleaning I could have gotten for $500+.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My entire job was rushed bc the guys wanted to get done in time for memorial day weekend. Areas were missed and they did the entire house in 35 minutes which seems impossible that the carpet was actually cleaned and not just rushed over. And after they charged my card I found out through email that they charged me 5 dollars per stair flight which is crazy considering they only did the top of the stair and it was less area than any of my rooms! I had actually used zerorez in the past with great results but after this rush job I won't be back.

Asked some questions about the wrinkles in the carpet I have,
and the tech was uninformed on the matter. Not to worry,
though I will visit with an expert.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Zerorez has always done an exceptional job for us in the past. We have used your company several times. However, this last time the service was not great. The service technician told me that they could treat the dog urine stains it was not until they had mixed the chemicals that he said it would be $60 more. But the worst part is that I do not think that the carpet was cleaned thoroughly, it does not look much different than before. Unfortunately I may try a different company in the future to see if they can get my carpet clean.

The price is far too high. I would preferred to get an estimate prior to arrival. I liked the technician, he did a fine job but it's unlikely that I will call again.

you can refund part of my money. They overcharged for the tile cleaning. They left residue and footprints all over the kitchen. They dented two doors on the kitchen cabinets. They did not clean the carpet very well. Too big of a hurry.

3 rooms (one oversized) and it took him less than 30 min. We have two animals so I know it wasn't because our carpets were already clean. He also didn't offer to help move ANY furniture, not even a coffee table or floor lamp. He just cleaned around anything that wasn't moved. We used you once before and had good service. But this time... Not so much. We have very busy lives and don't have time for people to keep coming to our house. Just promise you will truly and ALL your employees will uphold your standard of customer service moving forward.
