$99.00 special, ended up being $161, after the stain removal charge was added....why don't you state things like with the advertisment???

Also....carpet was SO WET....never had a cleaning that left so much moisture....

Clean smell; like new appearance of carpet

we initially had zerorez come to clean some pet messes in our carpet. they did a great job on half of them, but we needed some extra work done. they came back & the carpet is now great, no lingering smells or stains. I really like the clean carpet--no residue is fantastic. the biggest problem was the wait. we had to wait almost 2 weeks for the initial cleaning & then another 10 days for the redo. the workers were polite & efficient, although they told us the initial dry time would be several hours instead of 2 days.

Based on your advertising, it seems like the cost advertised is what you will pay. When the workers arrived, I was told that extra services were required to get rid of pet odors. The cost ended up being 3x what was advertised.

I have used you all once before and it was really good. This time I had really high hopes because the carpet was not in too bad of shape, just a couple of small stains of which only one was removed. Also, I wanted our furniture cleaned. The tech said it may look better but no guarantees. For a charge of over $200 I didn't want to risk it. I guess I have heard so much hype I thought you guys could clean mist anything.

The tech was knowledgable about the cleaning process andwas willing to demonstrate the process on vinyl flooring. Thanks for the great job

Window for arrival was 8:30-11. I was told at 10:30 driver was running late and would be here at 11:30. Then dispatch called and said they were not going to make it. I had already had to move my work schedule around to open up my morning and I also had a carpet sales person coming at 5. I needed to know if the carpet were going to come clean or not so I knew if I needed to buy new carpet or cancel the appointment. I complained to the dispatcher twice and she finally got another truck to come out.

The technician was terrific and did a great job. He is the only reason I am even somewhat satisfied.

Because we were on the 13th floor of the World Trade Center, your crew was not able to use the high power equipment and the cleaning job they did was very disappointing. When I called and talked to your representative, he told me you would have them come out again. It takes a lot to move everything we have in our office and showroom and we did not call them until recently. We were told that it was too late. We waited too long. I told him that we did not have time to move everything until now. That they should honor their offer to reclean the carpeting. I told him even if they only did the office as it was the worst. He said he would have someone from the corporate office call us, but no one has as of yet and it has been over two weeks. You charged us too much money to do the same job we could have done ourselves with our Hoover shampooer. We were looking for a professional job. If you could not do a professional job because of our location, you should have just said you could not do it. We will not use your services again and we will not recommend you to anyone. The only way you can make me happy right now is to give us a refund.

This was our third time to have you come and clean our carpets. No matter who you send to complete the job, they are always on time, friendly, polite, and do a terrific job. We would never have anyone else clean our carpets. Thank you!!!

I believe that my carpet is as clean as it will get when you clean it. It feels good to know it is the best it can be.

The technician was friendly,professional, informative and very consciencous. The carpet looks better than it has in years and feels soft to walk on (not the crunchy texture that it usually has with other carpet cleaning services). We will definitely be calling on you to clean the carpets in our remaining rooms!

Safe. Clean. Effective. Philip, the technician, was extremely professional and kind. He answered our questions thoroughly and did an amazing job with some very difficult stains. We appreciate that he took his time cleaning each of the rooms thoroughly and spending extra time on the (many) difficult stains brought on by our toddler daughter and her friends even though it was getting well into the evening. Zerorez was recommended to me by a friend who is an interior home designer who looks for the highest quality in all things related to the home. My husband and I are so glad that we went with her recommendation, and we will most definitely be recommending Zerorez to our family and friends.

Tile and grout cleaning....my husband came home and said "it's almost like it is fake" because the grout was so clean!!! Well worth the money and I have already passed Zerorez on to friends.

I love how clean my carpet looks now! The previous company we used years ago were unable to get rid of all the stains. Zerorez worked hard to make sure my carpet was clean and most stains removed.

I didn't think the tech took enough time to do the job. We did have a few small watter-based paint spots from re-painting. He said he was not able to get them out. I was able to get them out later with very little scrubbing. He was there less than an hour. He said he was running ahead of schedule, and it was obvious he was in a hurry to get out.

The technician was professional and personable. Our carpet is 15 years old and has been through 2 kids, 2 dogs and numerous large entertaining events. We have used other cleaners in the past but Zerorez had the carpet looking the best it has in years. Thanks Sean!

Some of the spots on my carpet reappeard the day after the cleaning. I ordered the spcecial water and mop to clean with and still have not received it 3 weeks later.

I like that your staff is professional and efficient and the carpets are cleaned without any residue.

This time the tech was too fast! Spot still remains in one room. Not as friendly as the previous tech. I mean, he was ok. There to get a job done, but not as thorough or meticulous at all.

I paid extra for stain treatment and my carpet looked clean, less than a week later stains were showing back up.

Good job with the exception of the stairs, feel the edges on the stairs were neglected as they are darker, almost like it pushed the dirt to the edge of the carpeting.

I was satisfied with the results, but didn't much see a difference from other company's that I've used. After hearing your comercials and testimonies by KLTY personality's I expected to see a difference from the other company's.
