Your $89 3-room special was PURELY a loss-leader. I told the tech that I would pay for 5 rooms which would make the bill about $170. After he had left I noticed he had added $20 for a closet.
He also "upsold" me two gallons of non-guaranted pet odor remover at $75 apiece, by claiming that pet odor would return in spite of the "Zero Residue" claim of your company. Many stains the tech promised he had removed and would not return, came back within 24 hours after cleaning. The carpet in many areas is still damp after 2 days in spite of several fans blowing directly on the carpet. I am sure the carpet pad underneath is mildewing since it has been wet for several days now.
I declined the additional "upsell" attempt by your tech of the non-guaranteed protectant. Yet you still managed to turn "$89 special" into a bill over $350. I guess you have to get the money while you can because I bet you don't get many repeat customers.
What a rip-off! Be assured I will NOT recommend ZeroRes to anyone, in fact I will make sure they know your tactics in case they fall for the same radio commercial that I did.
No soap and the carpets look great. All the spots are gone and the true color shines through. Quick drying time.

Technician was very nice and professional. He did not try to add extra services on top of the original price which was great. Very fast but very effective, our carpets look brand new again !

My carpet is not as clean as I expected it to be, and the edges near the baseboards in some areas are very dark. My daughter recommended you over Dalworth, and she said that maybe your equipment wasn't working properly, and that I should call you back out.
I like that there are no chemicals used. They did a very good job and my carpets look great!! I will be using them again!
Be upfront about pricing. I was quoted a price over the phone but was not told that your cleaning would not clean the carpet because of pet oils--never heard of such a thing. There was not any urine stains according to light but he said I needed to spend an unexpected $300 which was very disappointing...I think I have been taken! I am a realtor and could provide you with a lot of business but I feel like you were not honest upfront of any additional costs that I could incur.

Quick and clean
The stains in my carpet were removed, and the carpet looks clean and much newer. The two gentlemen were professional and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. I will definately continue to use Zerorez.
The process works!!! That's my ultimate goal...have clean/cleaner carpet.... the tech was very up-front and honest about the limitations.. he knew he wouldn't be 100% successful since some of the visible problems were true wear and tear...but what he promised he would accomplish, he did... and yes, I'm a raving fan!

I had heard rave reviews from people about you all. My dog had been sick and thrown up and had diarrhea on the carpet so I knew that the stains would be difficult to get out. I am going to hire someone else to come and treat the spots and see if they can be removed. If they get them out then I will expect a partial refund for you all. Very very dissppointed.

The carpet was very clean after. I was impressed. Did have one stain that did not come out that was pre treated but overall is was very good.

Tom is very professional, does not present himself or Zerorez as "selling one more add on" but gives demonstrations as proof the additional service will protect my home investment for an extended period of time. John and I have now had Zerorez in our home twice and have been very pleased with service and results of service provided.
