My carpet came very clean and looks new.
I am a fan for life! ZeroRez cleaned my office about a month ago, and I was so impressed. My dog had several accidents in the house recently, and ZeroRez saved the day! My carpets looks so clean and fresh. Thank you so much!!!
I love the fast dry time and I truly appreciate the professionalism of my 2 service technicians Ricky and Noel. They were able to answer each question that I had for them. They were knowledgeable on many of the different services offered by Zerorez. I will definitely use Zerorez again when the time comes to re-clean my carpets!

Was able to remove lipstick stains.......no other carpet cleaner was able to do this.

The carpet was cleaned of 99% of spots. There was one spot I was surprised could not be cleaned since Justin was able to get out the wood stain that accidentally got on carpet.+

This was our first time using Zerorez, and he took the time to go through each room, listen to my concerns, and educate me on the different treatments available for certain areas that needed additional attention. it was quick and easy to make an appointment. Loved that my carpets were dry with 2-4 hours. The whole house has a clean fresh smell afterwards.
Your first driver that came to my house run over a sprinkler and his reaction was that it should not have been where it was located. The second crew came out and when they were done several rings were missing from my girlfriends jewelry box. A police report was filed and when I finally spoke with Brad, he said "they don't have your rings". I wasn't expecting to get the rings back but I wasn't expecting the cavalry attitude by one of your managers.
Whatever you use sure makes the carpet look new again. Plus our house had a nice smell afterwards.
Workers were prompt, called in advance, were polite and professional. The cleaning was done well.
I am not sure how valuable the stain resistant spray will be, as there is no warranty on it and it cost a lot, so I am unsure if I got "taken" on this.

They work as advertised! We had dirty carpet with a few areas with pet stains and the carpets in entire house are clean and fresh.

Jeff was a great technician. He took care to do it right. He got out stains out that were not removed by a previous carpet company. No heavy residue feeling after it dried, either.
How well the carpet looks afterward i.e.not covered in shampoo residue.
