Please see other email sent when technician emailed the invoice. I was overcharged for cleaning an additional room. Items were not placed back where they belonged. Invoice was sent by email after the tech left. I feel like I was totally ripped off.

The technician was very professional, polite, and explained everything to me. The service was outstanding and my carpet looks beautiful. I am very pleased with it. However, the next morning when I stepped outside to get my paper, I saw a huge ugly stain in the street where the truck had been sitting during the cleaning process. What is that?? I think the neighbors who noticed the Zerorez truck will not be impressed with that!! Unacceptable! Please get back with me on this.

We decided to try Zerorez after hearing your ads. I was expecting a bill of around $90 for one large room and a small hallway. The bill ended up being around $270! Up charges for spot treating 2 areas and then the Scotch Guard treatment thripled the bill. I feel we should have been made aware of possible up charges. Don't most rugs need spot treatment when you are called?

There are two dirty spots remaining on the carpet that I had expected would have come clean. They are from tobacco ashes.
The odors are gone because of your service and because of the ozone machine that I left on in the apartment for 2 days.

The clean look of the carpet and knowing they didn't use chemicals and soap

It was able to get MOST of the deep stains out of all areas of our carpet. It removed red juice, koolaid, milk, and only God knows what else was ground into our carpet.

My carpets look almost like new again and even the heavy traffic pattern areas look so much better than I ever expected. I'm especially amazed at the results from having you clean my floor tiles in my kitchen - I have light colored grout and tiles which weren't looking as good as they once did. After your visit, they truly look as good now as the day they were installed! It's amazing! Thank you & I'll be using your service exclusively from now on!

I like that there is no residual smell of chemicals. It did, however, NOT dry in 2 hours and the technician did not move one single little tiny thing. I can see at the edge of my couch where he didn't clean closely enough at the edge. I didn't expect him to move the couch, but to try to get at the corners. I didn't notice it while he was here.

Your technique did, however, get an old stain out that had been here before and another carpet cleaning company could not get it out!

Service Men were very efficent & quick to clean my 2 rooms of carpet; it took out a wax stain that I hadn't been able to do

It was so expensive! Even with him taking off the cost of sealant, it still cost me almost $600.00 to clean my floor tile and grout. The was 434 s.f. which included kitchen/brkfst, master bath, foyer, powder room, utility room and garage hallway. If all the grout had been restored to original color like I naively thought, according to the test section he showed me, it would almost have been worth the cost, but I will never do it again.

Don't try to pressure the customer into treating their carpets after cleaning.

Our tech called that he could arrive early if that was convenient and it was. He was very professional, we went over what was to be cleaned and he got started. We discussed a stain-retardant application and I decided to have it applied in some areas. Very satisfied with results and our tech.

The stain treatment--I didn't expect for the stains to come out; I just wanted to try to get a cleaner carpet. My carpet was horrible! It had never been cleaned before. My husband wanted to pull the carpet entirely, already thinking our carpet had no hope. I decided to try ZeroRez since I heard about the company on the radio.
I couldn't believe the miracle (for lack of a better word)! Our carpet looks like new! My husband couldn't believe it was the same carpet. He immediately got on the phone and called his family to brag about our "new" carpet.

Quick Clean operation

The floor looked much brighter than it has with other carpet cleaners. Mike the man that did the cleaning was very good about telling me about how the cleaning worked. Yes I would use Zerorez again.
