fast...really got rid of smells and stains
The technician was very informative and professional and did a great job. My carpets look amazing!
The ads on 103.7 have DJs praising the fact that your company cleaning their houses, pet stains and all, for a great deal of $89. For two years, I have been nickeled and dimed for little spots. This time there was one spot that was most likely urine, and he wanted to charge me $10 to spray it. I couldn't believe it. One spot. I paid $5 and it is still not gone. So...1st complaint: marketing overpromising and underdelivering.
2nd complaint: I was given a window of time. He did not arrive within that time and said his window was different than the one I was given.
3rd complaint: I was promised a Fuller jewelry card and never got it.
Always on time to do the job and having great, friendly employees. The cleaning is superb.

You send out trucks that continue to leak lots of oil on my pavement. I questioned customer service when I called to set up an appointment, and she assured me that truck would not be here. Well, it was. The inside equipment was duck taped and the hoses dripped water all over my floor. My friend in Flower Mound that uses you guys, never has this kind of equipment to deal with. NO oil either. I questioned the technician before he left about the oil and he said to call the main office and complain to them...He drove off and left a mess. Sorry to complain because I like your product, but not the worn out equipment.
I requested to have my office carpet cleaned and the technician only cleaned the entrance of the office. Had to request a redo. Just an inconvience.
No pretreating was done on stains. I was quoted $407 on the phone, thinking I was getting what you advertise on your website and the radio which was your empowered water, but when the tech got there the cost doubled to get what I thought I was getting. Instead, what I got was poorly cleaned carpet with hot water. After the tech left I took a dry cloth and was able to dab and lightly rub some of the spots left and it came up on the cloth. I felt scammed by your advertisement and was very unsatisfied with the job the tech did. I should've been informed by the woman that scheduled my appointment that all I was getting was a hot water carpet cleaning. Not after the tech got to the house.
Service was prompt, helpful, quick, and we loved the results. Our technician, Rick, was personable, polite, and professional. We will use your service again!
Technician was friendly and on time and explained a lot about carpet cleaning. He also took care to treat stained areas. Unfortunately some areas that were not stained got missed, so we have some long streaks of uncleaned carpet where he did not overlap with the wand.
Employees are very professional and the product is amazing.
Great cleaning jub, BUT I was quoted $163 ! Real nice young man said $30 per room for Scotchguard, I had 2 rooms Scothguarded, he said he needed to put something on 2 spots where a dog had peed, no mention of cost, I wanted 4 closets cleaned, no mention of extra cost! Bottom line, I was charged $484 for the job!!! I could not open the form that was sent be email that shows the breakdown.
I would like you to take at least $250 taken off the bill! I hope to hear back from you, thank you, Pastor Name removed
i spent $300.00 for 2 rooms and 2 halls. my carpet smells worse than before i had it cleaned. the people who came out were nice, but someone needs to come back out and redo some stinky areas.
React more timely when there are unresolved difficult spot issues
1. For the price I paid (4 times more than the competition and enough that I could have bought new carpeting), I would have expected that ALL of the stains were removed. In the main room stains remain, where it looks like it was missed. It was hard to tell when wet.
2. Was once again told that the carpeting would be dry in 2-6 hours. Finished at 2 pm, by 9 pm the carpeting was still damp in several areas, we had to wait overnight in order to move the furniture back.
The carpet looks wonderful, smells great, soft and my dogs didn't get a rash from the solutions. Thanks for the upscale service.

Not clear about pricing at the start and it was alot more expensive than I anticipated. I paid $60 for a stain removal and the whole area of stain was not removed. The rest of the job looked great.
The cleaning chemicals that are natural and not harsh to the carpets
$328 for a 30 minute clean feel it was way overpriced for what we asked
$75 for a rug that was mostly covered by furniture

The results were amazing....I was going to replace the carpets if they did not come out clean. Now they look like brand new carpets...just as you claim in the ads. Tom, our carpet expert explained everything in detail and was obvious very knowledgable about what he does. Very impressed !
requested a 11:30 appt. was given a 11am-1pm window. Arrived at 3:05. Paid $60 for pet treatment and now the house smells like pet urine. Service Tech was friendly and professional. Room with pet treatemnt should be redone or refunded
