What do you like about our products and services?

The technicians were clean, friendly, prompt and very efficient! My carpet is 7 years old and looks brand new! I am 65 yrs young and have had many carpets cleaned. This is the absolute BEST results I have ever experienced. Thank you very, very much for a great job!

What do you like about our products and services?

Love it!!! My carpet looks great, no more chemicals on my carpet! I am always going to use Zerorez. I can feel and see the difference in my carpet even after two days of clean carpet and so much traffic coming thru my house. It still looks great!

All went satisfactorily well. Carpets seem to meet my expectations. They stayed wet a little longer than I anticipated, but all in all are in good shape.

Appointment was on time. Carpets look beautiful and smell very fresh. Tile grout cleaning is incredible - had the entry hall done and will call back to get the bathrooms done.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

When I made my appointment I was given a window between (4:00-6:30pm). I was told the carpet cleaner would call me on my cell when he was on his way to my house. I received a call from the cleaner at 3:00pm requesting that I go ahead and meet him at my house as soon as I could get home because they had an opening. I explained that I was very busy at work and couldn't leave just yet unfortunately. He asked me if I could meet him at my house at 4:00. I said that was fine and that I would be there at 4:00. I arrived at my house at 3:55pm. At 4:20pm I called Jerome bc he had not shown up at my house like he said he would. He told me that he had been sent on another job and would call me later when he could come. I asked him why he didn't call me back to let me know he would not be at my house at 4:00. I could have stayed at my job. He really seemed to not understand why I had a problem with him not calling me. Then he said he didn't have my number which was not true because he had an iphone with him and that is what he used to call me earlier and my number would be on his phone. I was not happy with this situation. He didn't end up coming to my house until 6:15 and I had to wait all that time for him. I feel two things happened here. One, I think because I couldn't meet him earlier ( which wasn't the time frame I was given by the call center) the company decided to send him somewhere else so that the company wasn't inconvenienced by waiting until 4:00. So instead they inconvenienced me by sending him elsewhere knowing he wouldn't be able to meet me when agreed. Secondly, Jerome had no sense of understanding that he and his company completely disrespected my valuable time. It would have been incredibly easy for him to call me right back and tell me not to leave my job because he could no longer meet me there at 4:00. I would have been fine with that. I could have continue working and met him later after work and not have been inconvenienced.
Jerome was friendly and my carpet looked good after the cleaning but overall it was a negative experience for me. I would have been happy to recommend Zerorez to others had my time been so carelessly disrespected. I really hope that this company can understand that this is not the level of service that is going to give them referrals or repeat customers.

What do you like about our products and services?

I thought you did a great job. The floors look great and I would use you again. Great technician!!

I do think your price for cleaning the stairs is ASTRONOMICAL. I have one set of stairs (15) and it cost $75 to do that. I have had my carpets cleaned in the past by other compaines and that is no where close to what I have paid to have the stairs cleaned. I recommend you have a cap of price on the stairs or a set price for stairs in general.

The first time you came, my carpets looked close to new. Although I will still recommend zerorez to others, I was not as happy with this last cleaning. I even wondered if it had been done correctly. The tech was a nice guy and all, but it really just looked like he had fluffed up the carpet.

Your technicians are committed to assuring the job is done to the clients satisfaction. Randy and Joseph worked very diligently on stretching and cleaning the carpet at our investment property. Carpet in high traffic areas look a little better but not really clean - maybe there isn't a product that will get them really clean - I don't know - I think our tec went over them a lot but I also think they needed some high power cleaner not just special water.

We were quoted $99 and because our rooms were larger, our bill was $226, we were also told they did 2 pet stain removals.......we don't have any pets.

We asked for a simple receipt PRIOR to the service performed. We were told that there would be NO problem and they would take care of it. After the job was completed, we were given the total and gave the technician a check...NO RECEIPT! The technician said that a receipt would be sent via email...about 6 hours later!
