I like the carpet cleaning but the area rug (oriental) is waaaaay too expensive! Not only was the measurement wrong but it costs 3 times more than other reputable dealers even if you do throw in "freebies". Unfortunately, the experience has warped my perspective. Sorry.

You show up when you say you will, you do a good job, you are careful not to damage anything and there are no surprises such as no hidden charges, etc. I knew exactly what the job would cost before you came.

I called about 10 days before I wanted my carpets cleaned and ask for a morning appointment.
When I received a call 3 days prior to the date I was told someone would be at my house between 11:30 and 1;00.
This is not a morning appointment in my opinion and I told the caller I was not happy.
She checked but there was nothing she could do about it.
The result was when I had to leave to go to work at 3:30, your technician was not finished. Good thing I had my son there.
The other thing i did not like was the tech not being able to show me a ticket. He told me it would be emailed so I wrote a check for $1180. And there were errors on the bill when I received it via email.
Also the claim of a quick carpet dry is not accurate.
I understand the areas of extra pet treatment but the two rooms that were treated normally were not dry in 8 hours.
Someone can call me if you care to. $75.00/gallon for the pet enzyme cleaner is way too much, even
Considering the extra time it took the man to do the job. $1180 for 5 rooms is too high for 2 men working 5 hours

Did pretty much all as advertised.

Technician was well-trained and knowledgeable - arrived on time - very courteous - my carpet looks GREAT! I like that no soaps, etc. are used and I like the hot-water, extraction method of cleaning. This is my second time to use Zerorez and I'm completely sold on it. The cost is very reasonable and competitive.

I love that I don't see the same spots come up again a week after they leave, I love that my carpets are dry in a short period of time, love the service and the price!

I purchased 3 rooms for under $100 but when the technicians arrived they explained that because I had pet stains it would be $245 instead. I was on a tight time schedule because I had guests coming in town that weekend so I had to go ahead and do it even though it was more than double the cost that I expected. He said that the scheduler has a script they follow but if anyone had asked me if there were pet stains I would have said yes so that I could have gotten an accurate quote. That would have helped me determine whether or not to schedule service with you in the first place. I wish I had known before I scheduled the service because I would have gone elsewhere.

I've already spent the money so there is not much you can do unless you refund the extra $145 that I ended up paying.

We like the cleaning method that Zerorez uses. The service technicians are professional and knowledgeable. There are little or no odors and its safe for our pets.

Our carpets are cleaner than any other carpet cleaning service has been able to do! Fantastic job.

Cleans pet messes

I love the soap and residue removal so as not to continue to just add build up to the carpet fibers. Also technician was very knowledgeble. I do not however, like how extra charges need to be added when you tell the scheduler that there are pet stains that will be hard to remove and want them to be counted in to the price. I dislike the "added charges".

The guys were very polite and courteous. The cleaning is done without chemicals and that is very appealing as our baby has cancer and she doesn't need any more chemicals around her while going through chemo. The carpets look great! The price was high but overall a good experience.

Your servicer Hunter was excellent. I was unsure whether the carpet was "save-able". Hunter did several test spots on the worse part and I could not believe it! The stairs were the worse. They really do need one more application. Please quote a fee for this service. Thanks and I have told everyone I see! Name removed

I like the clean carpet with no REZIDUE !!! Smells clean. What a shame Billy killed a spot in the lawn in my front yard ! Other than that, he did a fantastic job, worked his butt off ! Class A1 Dude !!!
