My carpets are CLEAN! Kevin arrived on time and explained the service, he was very professional and obviously knew what he was doing. He went right to work and finished in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends and family.

High traffic areas look no better than they did before cleaning. I would appreciate at least a partial refund.
Service was a little more expensive than I anticipated, but otherwise they did a fine job cleaning the carpets!

I was not happy with the "corn rows" left on my carpet by your equipment. Am still waiting for a return phone call from your customer service manager. Not happy that I had to spend 2.5 hours recleaning my carpet. Another day of my time wasted. If no return call soon I will cancel my checks!!

Took advantage of the radio ad of four rooms for $99, plus additional charges for additional rooms and oversized rooms. Assumed total cost of around $200. Did not expect an extra charge of $150 for pet treatment. Staff worked very hard and carpets look much cleaner.
The suction from the machine ripped the carpet off the tacks along the edges of the room and the seam in the middle of the carpet where two roles were glued together is now separated and is very noticeable (I did not see this till hours after the technician had left. I inquired with the technician about the carpet being pulled off the nails and he went around the edge with his foot and pushed it back down, that did not do the trick. There is also now a bump in the carpet around the edges, I guess it needs to be re stretched. This only happened in one room, the other room and hallway was fine. The carpets look great, they are clean and the high traffic areas look great. The technician worked hard and was very professional. I just hope my carpet is not ruined.
Most of the stains come out, excellent workmanship, they advise me of any issues they find, very trusting compitent people do the work, they are always on time, best of all my carpets always look like new when they leave.

Very qiuck to sell more product over priced and they where in and out fast
After the tech left, the house had a strong amonia-type smell that did not go away after 12 hours. Possibly the treatment that was put into the carpet was not complete removed. My wife thought it wasn't completely clean, but looked much better than before.
Also, the tech either emptied the dirty water or the water was scalding hot, but there is a circular patch of dead grass that wasn't there before he arrived. Not sure if it was a chemical that accidental was poured out.
We've used zerorez in the past and will likely use it again.
Had to have a redo on my hall and the technician who came to take care of it was excellent and very concerned about the problem. He wanted to make sure that I still thought highly of the company and that I would be a repeat customer - which I definitely would be.
My dog had urinated on my carpet and I explained to your crew how the last this happened the carpet cleaning company I used made the smell worse and I did not want that. They told me that would not happen and it did. I feel like I wasted $400.
My carpet seems like new, not just cleaned. NO more stains on my stairs. I can still see the lines in the carpet around the edges of rooms. Joe and Joshua were AWESOME! Very helpful, very polite. The carpets are clean without residue and your technicians are very professional.
The carpets look great; dirty spots came up with no special treatment. The men were very nice. They didn't pressure me into other Zerorez services. They offered them, but took no for my answer. Seth told me about the special hardwood procedures and I do plan to have that done at some future date.
The service was great. The personnel that came out were friendly and knowledgeable about your services. The product used was clean, efficient and left no detectible odor of any kind. I am impressed with your company and will use you again in the future.

We paid the extra $60 for pet treatment, but the smell is still there and the carpet doesnt seem as clean as I would have liked it to be.
