What do you like about our products and services?

The fact that there are no chemicals and how clean the carpet looked, smelt and felt. The technician was very professional and thorough. His name was Ricky. The cleaning was at my Mother's house and I was so pleased he is doing my house on Thursday.

The recent service was good but the 2011 service was better. They left water on the wood like flooring in the hall. The leader did not get our name correct on the handheld device and we did not know this until we received our receipt via email. We have emailed twice to have this changed and to receive a corrected copy. So far no luck. John R. Last name removed

Not sure. The tech who came out this time was not as thorough as the one who came the first time I used Zerorez. However, was mostly satisfied with the results.

We have been very happy in the past but the last two cleanings have been disappointing. Two weeks ago we had our carpets cleaned and when Zerorez left they looked fine. However, when the carpets dried there were some spots that hadn't been removed and a large spot that had never been there before. It took a week for Zerorez to come back out. Again, after the cleaning was done and before Zerorez left the areas looked clean. However, by the next morning not only were the spots still there but they were much larger and much worse. We now have two large areas that are stained that weren't stained before Zerorez came and we have been told that you can't come back out for another week. We are trying to put our house on the market and this is a very big problem.

This is the first time we used zerorez. I like the fact no residue is left.
The carpet is clean and soft. I like that it's not toxic to cats.

The outcome was nothing better then I've had before from other carpet cleaning companies. Your high upcharges were unexpected. The biggest dissappointment is that once the carpet dried, I could still smell the cat urine as much as before zerorez cleaned our carpets.
If asked, I would say that Zerorez is super fast, average & expensive.

The person that came to do the carpets was very professional and did a great job. However, when I scheduled the appointment it would of been nice to be made aware of the additional charges that would apply for using some extra cleaning agent to remove stains. That "extra" pretty much doubled the price and I would of liked to have known that when I made the appointment. Name removed Phone number removed

Carpets still have stains on them. I understand some spots or stains may simply be of a substance they may not remove. But to be paid $300 and leave no explanation for remaining spots? Granted, I had to leave just as technician arrived, so there was not much opportunity for interaction. My daughter remained at the house but it was not her responsibility to post inspect. Again, perhaps if I had been available there would have been some feedback as to remaining stains/spots.

After getting the initial quote of $89 for the special you have and based on those figures it was a shock to find out that the cost was more like $1200 to do our entire home. I love the concept of zerorez and what you do, but this is just too expensive for us to afford. I really was expecting a figure closer to $700 and am just so very disappointed that we will not be able to use you. Also, we did have a "sample carpet" done and I was suprised to find it did not feel any different from the dirty carpet next to it when I was expecting a difference based on the comments made on the Well's Report program with David Wells who apparently had used your service before. Thank you so much for your time and the quote, I am so very sad that we were not able to use your company. First name removed C.

It took over a week to get scheduled. Then the day they were to come out they forgot. Then no one called ahead of time to alert when they were coming. They just showed up when it was good for them. Workers were not very nice. Service was marginal.

Your marketing and advertising campaign is verrrrrry misleading. You advertised three rooms cleaned for $99. After the fine print and ad-ons, the price is closer to $175. And oh-by-the-way, if spot treatnebt is required that is a healthy extra. Your customers do not appreciate this type of misleading program unless you do not care about repeat customers.

What could we do to improve?

Carpets are very clean and all the stains came right out, I am extremely happy with the carpet cleaning portion. However I did not like that I had to write on a piece of paper right in front of the guy how he did. He did a good job, but after I was done writing down my comments, my son slipped on the hard wood floor and fell right on his side. He never told us that the floors would be wet and when my son fell he still did not mention anything about "be careful the floors are wet". Maybe that should've been told to us before he started so we would know to be careful, or maybe he should wipe up the wet floors when he's finished.
