I really noticed the difference in the feel of my carpet after being cleaned by zerorez over other carpet cleaners the following day. My carpet doesn't feel like it has a film on it! The reason I didn't give you higher than a 7 is because I felt that there was a lot of up-selling going on. If you tell someone you're going to clean their carpet for x amount, that should be it. However, in my case, I had to pay an additional $60 to adaquately clean urine stains from the carpet in one of my room. If your product by itself doesn't clean that at the suggested price, I think you should adjust the price that you advertise to include it. Or include it without question. Upselling makes you look like you have tricks up your sleeve and consumers skeptical...as that's what it did for me!
Something was spilled on our lawn the day of our treatment. It discolored the grass in a small square foot area. I'm not sure if it was related to our treatment, just thought you should know. It could have been something like a "Gatorade" type drink?
Explain at set up that the low cost is because we haven't add the EXtremely high cost for pet cleaning! For shame!

the main thing I like about your services is, The fact that it works. I have tried to get my carpet clean and although I came close I can never acheive the degree of cleanliness that I get with Zerorez. I saw all the soap residue that was left behind with other processes. When the job was done you could tell that it was clean.
Damaged multiple pieces of furniture. I was not satisfied with the final results. I have a carpet cleaner and felt my previous results equaled or surpassed the results of Zerores for mch less money including air conditioning for 3plus hours on a 105 degree day with my front door wide open all this time. I had to keep asking Jamal to go back over spots. He was unable to clean carpet around toilets due to wand size. Your company has a good reputation but I would not refer anyone I know. I wanted my carpet to be professionally cleaned as it is for sale but due not believe I received this.
Your service person was very professional and explained what he was going to do. We really appreciate the corner guards to protect our doorways, that is a great idea.

Technician was personable and informative. The service made our 20 year old carpet look like new. Could not believe the difference after Zerorez was finished compared to carpet cleaning companies that use shampoo. Our carpet was dry in 3 to 4 hours even on the areas that were treated heavily for traffic patterns. We are completely satisfied with the entire service.

The service was great and Mitchell was awesome; very happy with the cleaning. The truck however, leaked fluid on my driveway that will require considerable work to get cleaned up. The exhaust from the equipment blew hot air on a flower bed and killed about 30% of the plants in that bed. My wife was rather upset.

Technicians were on time - the earliest of the time slot. Technicians were very professional, explained everything before starting, and did not try to oversell me on services or products - I really appreciated that as a breath of fresh air.
The technician was very friendly and we were pleased with his service. My only complaint is that when setting up the appointment I specifically asked about the pricing per room, and other basic information. We had a couple of spots that needed to be removed. I would have appreciated being told UP FRONT, we charge $75 per stain so that my overall budgeting for the cleaning was not such a shock when it wound up being 4x's that amount.
No soapy water, the carpet dried REALLY fast, no after or during smell, quick and very professional!
We noticed that in one of the bedrooms, the carpet looks actually worse than before it was cleaned. We have a beige frisee carpet and, in that room, it now looks gray. It would be great if this could be fixed.

Carpets look great and are soft after cleaning. They are not stiff from the soap like with other companies

I was seriously thinking of getting new rugs asthey looked so dirty and worn. After ZeroRez they look brand new.
As with all carpet companies, I always feel like when the techs come out I feel that they try to up sell everything and the price always goes up

I was satisfied with my service once the technician arrived. My problem was that I had a two hour window in which he was to arrive. At the end of that window, I called and was told that he would be there within the hour. It was 1 hour and 15 minutes after the second window before the tech showed up.
