THE RESULTS ALTHOUGH PRICEY, WERE BETTER THAN EXPECTED CONSIDERING THE AGE OF THE CARPET. IF THE STAINS DO NOT "REAPPEAR" WE WILL DEFINITELY BE USING YOUR SERVICE AGAIN. YOUR SERVICE TECHNICIANS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.
My carpet looked great. I had several pet stains and odor. They were both about 90% eliminated. However, I do have an issue with the cost. I was charged $75 a gallon for whatever they used to remove the stains and odor. I knowingly agreed to the price because I was desperate to have the stains and odor removed. But I DO think the $75 a gallon was a big ripoff and is a racket. I cannot imagine what the product contained that cost that much. That is more than the price of oil! I was expecting to have three rooms cleaned for $89, and ended up paying over $1,100. Even though my carpet looked good, I would never agree to that again, and I will warn my friends to be on the alert for additional excessive charges.
I did not like the up-sell by your technician. In my opinion, pre treating should be standard. Your people are basicly telling me they won't be able to really clean my carpet without the pre treat. If that's the case, it should be standard.
Inability to clearly predict what you will charge me, even within a range, and failure to honor the timeslot that your promised me. I had scheduled a housekeeper to be there for the time you specified and I had to pay her for her time even though you arbitrarily rescheduled.
I was very excited to have you guys come out and clean my carpets as heard SO much on radio about the results your company was able to achieve.
The two gentleman who came out were extremely nice and seemed knowledgeable. I had arranged for the three rooms at 89 $ advertised on the radio. Sadly I have a pet that at times has accidents in the house, and while I do my best to clean them up there were areas discolored from the urine. Getting these stains out as I understood that day would require getting the odor out of the pads as well...an additional charge of 75$ per gallon and the job would require five gallons...escalating the price tremendously > 400$.
They did indeed spend additional time on those areas, and when they left that day...the carpets were damp, raked and looked GREAT.....I was singing praises to your company !
Then the carpet dried...and the stains are still there. While I acknowledge it was decision to spend the money, I feel like a fool for spending 400$ thinking your company could get out the stains....other areas of the carpet look similiar to when other companies clean, so not sure I can rate you higher than them with respect to overall cleaning outcomes.....but sure can rate you highest for the price of getting the job done !
Then another dis-satisfier...two days later when moving sofa back into place, I was dismayed to learn that no foam blocks had been used on the legs of the sofa and the carpet was discolored!
While the technique of zeorez carpet cleaning may be improved....your company is pretty murky to me...like many of the rest........something needs to be added on to the price to get the results you were expecting....and not living up to the outcome that was inferred.

Honesty is the best business policy a company can have...I realize you won't get > $500 per call that way, but you will gather repeat, committed customers for life.
What would it take to make things right? Refund my money that was spent over and above the 89$ for three rooms I thought I was getting. Be honest with future customers...the
75$ per gallon is to manage the pad, not resolve the stains in the carpet.....and have your employees put foam blocks under the furniture....
With all the hype generated on the radio about the company and results...i am disappointed with the results

The service was very expensive and the carpets are NOT clean.
No one has returned my phone call, I have had to leave a message, email customer service and fill out this inadequate questionaire.
That it is a natural product and leaves no residue. I used to do my own carpet but y'all do it 100 times better! Technicians are friendly and on time.

Tom was very professional, he really put forth effort to make the carpets look like new. I like the idea that there is no soap residue left behind.
The special included pre-treatment and cleaning. The tech didn't feel like pre-treating was necessary. Plus, we felt the entire process was a sales pitch and the tech was at our home way to long. The cleaning was quick and could have been done better.
Tony cleaned my carpets and what I liked was that he took his time and did it right. He was not in a big hurry to hurry up and get it done regardless of whether he did it right or not. He did a great job and Zero rez needs more employees like Tony who want quality not quanity.
I liked how fast it worked--our carpets looked beautiful. And Tony was very professional and was also so patient with my kids!

The ads on 103.7 have DJs praising the fact that your company cleaning their houses, pet stains and all, for a great deal of $89. For two years, I have been nickeled and dimed for little spots. This time there was one spot that was most likely urine, and he wanted to charge me $10 to spray it. I couldn't believe it. One spot. I paid $5 and it is still not gone. So...1st complaint: marketing overpromising and underdelivering.
2nd complaint: I was given a window of time. He did not arrive within that time and said his window was different than the one I was given.
3rd complaint: I was promised a Fuller jewelry card and never got it.
Always on time to do the job and having great, friendly employees. The cleaning is superb.

the carpets were very clean after Zerorez completed the job. The previous owner had 3 dogs. After the cleaning, the carpets look new and smell fresh.
