Pricing for stairs and area rugs.

I have used Zerorez I believe 4 times now. the first 3 times were outstanding. This last time I had $86.00 dollars in reference points and the man that came to my house to clean must not have been trained very well. I have vomit stain in the carpet from my dog and everytime Zerorez has been able to get the stains out. The man that came to my house was more concerned about cleaning my hard floor for $900.00 than getting the stains out in my carpet. Then he proceeded to drop the price from 900.00 to 500.00, wow what a price drop. He did not get the stains out and sprayed some stuff and told me it would go away in a couple of hours. That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard since I have used Zerorez 3 times before. I hope that the people I have recommended did not get the same service I would totally embarrased.

I told the woman who answered the phone that I had stairs when she gave me a quote. When they arrived at my home they said the stairs weren't on the work order. The charge for the stairs was $5 each. Had I known that I wouldn't have used Zerorez, I'd have used the people who I've used in the past.

The carpet was so wet. I had to call them to come back out and suck up more water. Even Hunter said the carpet was very wet. Said that someone must have turned up the pressure on the truck to put out more water. I don't feel I should be charged for the fiber protectant because they came back out and when they sucked out the water there went the protectant. I am very impressed with Zerorez. My carpet looks brand new (being the "dog house" that's just amazing)! Mike Jones did a fantastic job and was very knowledgable about the products. I have already recommended Zerorez to my family and friends...and to also have them request that Mike clean their carpet.

My carpet seemed to get dirty faster this time than when Zerorez did it before at my other home.

The service is very well organized in that they call you a couple days beforehand to give you an approximate window for arrival. This particular technician called 30 minutes prior to arrival to let me know they were on the way. They, George & Heather Hewitt, were very efficient, personable and knew their business. Our carpets, area rug and living room chair look brand new again. I also like the fact that no soap was used, therefore, there is nothing to immediately attract dirt. Zerorez is everything Mike Rogers from KRLD radio says it is! You now have another repeat customer.

It took out everyone of the stains. One room had never been cleaned professionally. It came out looking as good as the new carpet. I love the smell of it and it looks just like new.

Personnel were highly trained and answered all our questons.

I already responded to a customer web site but in short, the upselling was very disappointing, but even more disappointing was the quality of work. I believe that if I would call another carpet cleaning business they would be able to get more dirt out. When I pointed the problem areas out to the technician, he gave me a bunch of doubletalk and I finally gave up trying to communicate with him.

It seemed a little expensive.

You were fast, thorough and the rugs were clean! There was no sticky residue and no chemical smell.

Very little of the spots on the carpet came up. Some of them appeared lighter until the carpet dried. The stairs were only cleaned on the top not on the front edge and it is noticeably different now that it is dry.

I like the fact that your company cleans without using leaving behind soap residue and that your products are ecologically friendly.

My carpet looks horrible. Please view the picture I have sent to your email address. I would like a manager to contact me. I have a HUGE dark stain that arose by the time the carpet dried. The carpet looks nothing like it did when the technician left. Even though I have had a horrible experience, your technician was very personable and professional. I have had my carpets cleaned before and these stains have never shown up. Please contact me.

If you have a spot on the carpet just treat that one spot and not the whole room where there is no spots and charge me for just those areas where the spots are. I think that you change way to much for your spot removel service.

Ensure that dispatcher are giving customers the correct information regarding time
of arrival, moving furniture, number of men/women performing the cleaning. Dispatcher
info was not the same info given to the young man who came to clean the carpets. No phone call ahead of time, no other helpers, no mention of moving anything. The employee was very
nice, polite and did a good job considering his info was different than what I received
from the dispatcher.

the next day after having the carpet cleaned I got some water from the washing machine on the edge of the carpet. after using a towel to dry it up I was pulling up a lot of dirt just from blotting up the water. technician was very nice.
