I got an Oriental rug cleaned and thought I would get it back. They tried to deliver me the wrong and as first would not deliver the rug on Saturday which is the day they picked it up on. This was not mentioned about no Saturday deliver when I decided to get the rug cleaned.

I like the fact that it's "green" with professional service.

I work for Salem Radio Network in Dallas and hear our local radio hosts talk about your service. I must say that although the concept of Green/Non residue is a plus I was disappointed in the quality of the clean. I have used your competitors in the past and was happier with their results. You offer no pretreating, light furniture moving, or deodorizers. Our carpets were not in horrible shape. I expected to have you leave them at least fresh smelling. Instead of like, well, damp carpet.

So although they are clean, I feel I could have gotten them that clean myself with a simple steamer rental from our local hardware store.

The only thing I did like was the courtesy of the crew that showed up. They ended up helping me move the couches around when I asked even though they continually said it was against your policy. Almost like they were having to apologize for it.

Chris and Justin were very professional and personable. Together, they did a GREAT job obliterating stains that the previous carpet cleaning service was unable to remove. My carpet looks and feels like new again! We were very impressed not only with the staff and service, but also with the impressive results. Let people know when they call in for an appointment that closets are EXTRA.
I have never had my carpets professionally cleaned before and was not told that ahead of time.
Perhaps it is common knowledge to those who get their carpets cleaned, but for a first timer, I wish the appointment scheduler would have told me when I called in.

I don't really like to give recommendations but the service was ok.

seemed like a thourough job and technician worked well with me

I did not really understand the fact that it was 60 dollars an area for the pet treatment. That is really way over priced for the amount of work involved. There was an area upstairs that did not look like had even been done due to the fact that there was still my carpet rack marks after they had left. The two technicians were here maybe an hour and that is pushing it. They left an area of water saturation on the stairs that i had to ask them to fix. I had a frustrating time with the scheduling and I am doubtful i will use you again.

Tony was our service person. He was on time and gave very clear explanations about the process. I really appreciated his tips on what I could do to maintain my carpet. In addition, I like the idea of a cleaning process that doesn't put soaps and chemicals on my carpets. I will use Zerorez again, definitely.
