George and Heather are a great team. They were very knowledgabel and explained everything to me. They even went as far as to offer extra things available to me just in case I wanted them. They were not pushy about any extras at all but just wanted me to be aware of the services. I will always ask for them when the time comes for a cleaning again. My carpets look and feel soft. Thank you!
Spot remouval about doubled the price. Left a place in the hall where he did one half then the other. A brown line showed up as it dried.
The communication - the young man who came was outstanding - professional, polite, respectful.

I am still disappointed at the appearance of the tile work you did. I was not planning to have this work done, but your technician convinced me that it would look like new. it looks a lot better, but there are still numerous places that are still dark. I would definitely recommend you for carpet work and upholstery work, but not the tile. I paid you over $600 to have it done and do not feel I got my money's worth.
The gentlemen were very courteous and explained different options available to help get pet stains and odors out of the carpet.
First & foremost, your people: Caesar & Ernest did an awesome job of explaining the process and expectations, then of course delivered. Carpet turned out very well.
The techinician was very nice and personable, and very knowledgable. He upsold with no pressure. The carpet was beautiful - loved how fast it dried (approx 2 hrs) and the fresh, clean smell.

I felt the whole time the worker was trying to get more money out of me, constantly. The regular cleaning wouldn't do it, you need 'this'. my carpets were not even that dirty, we just have them cleaned once a year for allergies. I have used you guys before, and you came and did what I asked ( carpets were in the same shape) and what was agreed - finished. But this time, even on the phone with the sales rep - it was so "sale-zie". Big turn off....

I am still trying to get a detailed copy of the bill. I called technician and requested he either resend (I was unable to open attachment) or send copy in mail. I have yet to receive either.

i like the green technology. Unfortunately, when i had my carpets cleaned, i was unavailable to be there, so had a friend to be there and pay. There are some areas of the carpet that did not come clean. i am currently in and out of town, but my phone number isPhone number removed-7509, and I would like to discuss with you my disappointment. i know you can do better.

The gentleman was very nice and professional. The problem is you advertise $89 but when you arrive it becomes a slaes struggle. Your carpets are too dirty! I can clean them better if you pay more money. If you don't they will still be dirty when I leave. How about a straight forward here are the prices you pick what you want and NO PRESSURE.
Had four rooms done plus my travel trailer: Two of the bedrooms are respotting after drying---- thought your technology was tops---not so! Rooms were finished at the speed of 5 min per room! We learned the hard way you DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE NOR WORK AROUND BEDS---WE SURE WERE PUT IN A BInD!!! I REQUESTED MY CONTRACTOR TO USE YOU---BECAUSE OF ALL THE ADS OUT THERE!--- Your young tech was very nice!!!
