the technicians were very professional, but i am still seeing stains, a little dissapointed, oil from where my dog laid still shows and a few other stains, maybe i was expecting to much but the carpet does not look like new
The Service was not completed as agreed upon; only tops of stairs were cleaned and not sides. The service tech said they only clean the tops, but after calling the main number the sales rep confirmed all sides of the stairs were to be cleaned. She immediately advised that another service technician would be out. The appointment was scheduled for a different day. The second technician was professional and did a great job. Both technicians did a great job of presenting the features and benefits of the service. We would use your company again.
Serviceman was very knowledgeable, worked hard to meet all our needs and left us with very clean carpets and sofa.
The carpet looked almost new. They recommended that I have the work done again about six months ago and I am glad I did that helped. Now it looks all fresh and nice again.

what I was quoted did not included pet stain treatment, but on my phone call order the impression I was given was it was included. My cost went up by four hundred dollars. I never received the Fullers Jewelry Store 100 coupon. It felt like a bait a switch and the sad part of it is I've used this service twice before without this kind of issue. When you make an offer, disclouse everything up front so there is not suprise.

The company took only one hour to complete several rooms and a set of stairs. In my opinion that seems way too fast. The employees that came did suggestive selling for pet odor (that we don't have a problem with), but failed to even work out the stains in the carpet. I wasn't here and my husband trusted that they were finished. When I got home only one stain appeared to be lighter. ALL of the others look as though they hadn't even been treated! I'm not happy. I could have taken a little steam cleaner and would have done a better job. My parents recommended your company, but I won't be referring you to anyone.

Service was good. Tech was friendly. Not overly impressed with quality of the treatments. There are still stains in the den carpet that the tech did not point out to me. Appear to be more visable over the past week. Also, your treatment did not get out the stains from the door in our bedroom.
Other companies do not compare to the quality service of Zerorez. Not only was Joseph professional in the work he did but he took the time to explain evrything to me. I have already recommended your company to my neighbors and family
