discrepancy in the 3 room for $89.00 offer. technician did my living room and dining room approx. 680 square feet for $169.00 and took less than 20 minutes also leaving some stains that he said would not come out. i did not ask the price before he got started because i was sure i was under the 250 square feet per room that i was quoted on the phone. i would not have used your service if i was quoted $85.00 per room! do what you advertise.
I was assured up on the technicians arrival that this type of carpet cleaning was like no other. I shared experiences with prior carpet cleanings and how spots/stains always re-appeared and I was told I wouldn't have to worry about that anymore becasue Zerorez used a fabulous spot removing techinuque along with high suction that would get all of the stain out and i would have no reappearances like I had experienced using other companies. To my dismay only one day after the cleaning and a very hefty bill i already had reappearing stains.
The final outcome of my carpet was amazing. I thought to myself "Why didn't I call Zerorez a long time ago."

Carpet has stripes..thought maybe it was the nap and it was still wet. I have vacumned it several times since it was completely dry and it still looks striped in places.
I love that the products used on the carpets are green, kid friendly and pet friendly! I also was amazed at how clean my carpets came. We are about 6 months from replacing them, and the cleaning gave them new life. Also the two staff people in our home were knowledgable, friendly, and professional.
I like that there are not chemicals involved and I really liked how soft my carpets were after they were dry.
We've had Zerorez out on 3 different occasions for different services. Each time the individuals who cleaned the carpet/tile/furniture were very professional and did a great job. I've always been happy with the service received.

The service was excellent. He was on time, worked quickly, was professional, and the carpets looked wonderful. My concern is that the phone rep quoted me a price that was less than half of what I actually paid. If she had asked me a few questions (pets, stains, number of closets, etc,) she may have been able to give me a more realistic quote. It felt like they gave me a low quote so that I would book it, and then they planned to sell me more services.
I dont feel the amount paid for is worth the work that was done. I have used other companies in the past and felt like I got better service.
Your people all speak English and do a really great job. We thought you were cleaning five rooms--wonder how you counted as six.
We have recommended you to several people and will call you again.
Love the "no chemical" product. Good for the carpet and good for my home. Darwin and Ernest, my technicians, were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough as well as being on time.

My carpet just wasn't clean...after the drying process, it looked streaked, light and dark...clean and uncleaned. One of the living areas looked like I hadn't had the carpets cleaned at all...highly disappointing. I have my carpets cleaned every 6 months by Stanley Steamer. We have alot of company and family visiting, so I need a service that will work for our living style. The bedroom and hall cleaned up well, but the berber carpet areas will have to be cleaned again and by someone else I suppose. This is an expensive experiment on my part. My husband heard your ad on the radio, and we thought it was a great idea, since we have an 8 month old grandson crawling on the floors. In theory, it's a great idea. In reality, it didn't work.
No chemicals. They get out everything in the carpet. Courteous service guys.

We liked the lead guy that came out and they seemed to do a good job - and he was very nice in doing over a couple of areas.
The big issue we had is after they left - later in that evening our daughter was getting into her bed we noticed that two of the wood slats that hold the mattress up = had been put on top of her bed. It appears that in cleaning under the bed that the slats had been knocked out - or had come out in the process of moving the bed (team had expressed concern about moving the bed as it is old - and I told them to let me know when they get to cleaning around the bed and I would come up and help them move it - but they never let me know).
So, We had talked about them cleaning under the bed - and while they were cleaning that room I had come in (they were half done) and asked if everything had gone OK or if there were any problems - and the junior member of the team told me "everything went OK".
It was not a big deal - but I feel like I was lied to - and all they had to do was tell me the slats had come out and we could have gotten them back in right away with no problem - but for some reason they decided not to mention it to me.
It really put a "damper" on what I thought about the work that was done and makes me ask "why would they not have said something". We were obviouly going to see the bed at some point and see the slats.
The cleaning work looks good - and I like the Zerorez process.

I had some pet stains and it cleaned it completely, also dries very quickly. I've used you guys for years as well as some others and you are by far the best!
Mitch did a great job although he was very tired ,our words not his.This would not have happened if the scheduling person had done his job. The productswere great, but I didnt enjoy this taking up two days waiting for someone to call me back. thank you SASP
there were a couple of spots that did not come up. the carpet technician said that would cost extra to place a special cleaner on them. the cost of my apt was $189.00. i was using the promotion of $29.00 each for three rooms. i was not prepared to pay that much but i knew that my bedroom and hallway would cost extra. the promotion covered my living room, sun room, and dining room which are small areas.
he also cleaned one of my area rugs instead of the sunroom carpet which he charged extra for so i guess that was in place of cleaning the sunroom carpet which the area rug covers anyway.
overall, i am pleased with the outcome.
