The water used. I wish there was something to help brush up the traffic areas otherwise very nice job. Techs were very nice.

Great consideration is given to "Clean" living as free from harmful and possible harmful substances.
There was no "after" smell. My husband was supposed to ask the technician to deodorize one of the rooms, but forgot. With other services, that deodorizing leaves a smell for a while. It was nice to have no smell at all. I just hope the pet odors are gone, even though we did not ask to have the room deodorized.
Tech was very informative, friendly and polite and knew his product.
The cost of the oversized room charge seems excessive since we did the Three rooms carpet special. We actually had 2 rooms and hallways cleaned.
The person who made my appointment over the phone was very professional and helpful and I was able to get an appointment the next day. The technician did a great job of cleaning my carpeting and also stretching the carpeting in the hallway. I was very satisfied with the job and will use Zerorez again.
The gentleman who showed up to my house was very knowledgeable and courteous and and did what he said what he was going to do.
The end results was better than I expected.
In my opinion you're a little pricey but I guess you pay for what you get.
The results were amazing! Even problem stains were totally gone. The fellows were very professional and took the time to explain the entire process. I am especially pleased that no chemicals were used. I will definitely be using Zerorez again.

No detergents used to clean the carpets.
I was overcharged by $10.oo dollars.These charges were hidden fees that I was not made aware of until I saw them on my reciept the the worker could not produce on sight.
I was quoted a price over the phone and my mom
was here when the guy came. I figured it would cost a little extra for stains but didn't expect to have to pay double the cost to have pet stains removed. I was NOT happy to pay almost $600 for carpet cleaning when I was expecting much less
The tech was very nice and even though he offered more services, he did not force it. I appreciated that. I'm just not sure I feel like the carpets look as good as they could have after having them cleaned.

green technology and no soap or residue left behind
Equipment didn't work on first appointment. Person spent over an hour trying to get it to work without telling me the problem. Extremely hot day, and he left the door open while trying to get equipment going. Second person came out an hour after first one left. My appointment took much longer than expected. First person said he had problems before coming to my house. He should not have started here if he knew he had problems.
The teck was a+, did a great job.

No chemicals or soaps
In cases where stains cannot be removed, explain why.
Keith arrived during the designated time - did a great job - and was a really nice person to have in my home. He had cleaned carpet for me before so I was glad to have him come back.
Great removal of pet stains. Loved that! But the equipment left a wet spot that took 3 days to dry up completely. Also, we noticed the urine smell returned within a couple of days. I'm covering it pretty well with room deodorizers, but I had hoped that it would be gone after the carpets were cleaned. Thanks for getting the stains out though.
