I really liked how fast our carpets dried.

The two stains that I was most concerned about, came back, once the carpet was dry. Tech guy was professional. Rest of the carpet looked fine, just my two problem areas still need improvement.

We were charged for a pet stain remover that did not get several of the mild stains out. We were told that the floors would be dry in four to five hours, but it took at least 12 hours to totally dry. Depending on how your company stands behind its work will depend on how likely we are to recommend you to others.

Tom was great. The carpet appeared helpless. I did not have a good outlook on how it would turn out. But to my surprise, Tom got every single stain out and the carpet looked new. zAmazing. I a Realtor with Re/Max and will recommend zerorez to others.

The service techs arrived on time, were knowledgeable, curteous, and worked diligently to provide a thorough cleaning of our wool area rug. They explained the products used to accomplish the cleaning and satisfactorily answered all questions I had related to the differences between cleaning nylon carpet and natural organic wool fibers. A very professional crew.

The treatment on our dirty carpet came out beautifully clean! We were very impressed. The chemicals were odorless and dried completely by the next day, leaving our carpet all cleaned. There was some confusion, however with your lead man on the job, I had understood they would move the light furniture (two recliners, three in tables, six dining room chairs, two plants(one was rather large), and a love seat, leaving the piano, sofa bed, TV and stand and dining room table alone, which was agreeable to us. He reluctantly moved them and we helped, as it seemed to be a big deal to him, as he was on a limited time frame. Other than that, if we use you again, we will go into it knowing we would need to move movable furniture before your company arrives. We do thank you for your prompt and thorough cleaning, we are very pleased.

I always get fast and courteous service from both the phone reps and the technicians. My carpets look amazing and I get none of the yucky residue you get from some carpet cleaning companies. It's always a job well done.

I had alot of small stains on my carpet that he got out. The carpet doesn't seem to feel like it has a residue, curious it if really will stay cleaner longer

The carpets cleaned up well and the price was better than many competitors.

The gentleman cleaning our house were very kind and professional. The service was quick and effective.

Would reccomend for a basic cleaning, but we paid a lot extra for per treatment and scotch guarding and have been incredibly disappointed.

Our tech was very nice and thorough, however it doesn't seem like the extras made any difference, and that's disheartening since we paid $90 extra just for one room.

I think they did the best they could. I am still going to have to replace the carpet. I wish they would have told me my expectations were to high.

Only send seasoned employees who know how to treat all carpet especially wool. I know there are few people that have wool anymore because of the cost but all employees should defer the job to someone who knows!

Carpet Cleaning

I like that you ACTUALLY clean the spots on the floor and for the most part, they don't come back. I also like that there's no chemical smell, let alone NO chemicals being put on my carpet and in my family's environment.
