Tech needs to slow down. I realize there is a schedule to keep but when traffic areas are not clean the area obviously needs some extra attention.

I don't care for your scheduling system. I have to keep my entire Saturday empty until Thursday when I call to give me a 2 hour window. It would just be better for your customers to be able to choose their own 2 hour window when scheduling the date. If we do not use you again in the future, this will be the only reason why.

What do you like about our products and services?

The carpets look as close to new as older carpets could and they are not harsh to the touch after cleaning. Also, there is no after odor and we felt safe having our dog on them immediately after the cleaning.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The person that cleaned our carpets failed to move anything other than one small piece of exercise equipment. He even failed to move the family room couch off of the area rug. The area that needed the most attention was next to the carpet and wasn't even cleaned! There were puddles of water all over the the wood floor in living room and hallways, as well as the kitchen and family room tile. He made no attempt to wipe up the water. My son and I spent 30 minutes after he left wiping up his mess. I offered him a gatorade and instead of throwing away (or asking me to throw it away) he left the bottle on a hallway wood table (antique handed down from my grant aunt) which left a ring on the furniture.
The person came in with dirty work boots and tracked dirt on all of my floors. I contacted the manager and he never apologized just said he would talk to the person about it. Not the best way of handling the issue.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The serviceman did not call before he came and the lame brain excuse that he made so many calls in the last 30 minutes he couldn't remember if he had then he came up with his boss called and interrupted his call to me. The man talked more than he cleaned. He wasn't familiar with the areas he was supposed to clean, almost forgot the computer room & did forget the closet until I went back & checked and told him about it. He arrived at 4 and left at 6:30. If he hadn't talked so much he would have been through within and hour and a half. He told me about the protective covering and I told him I would have to wait at $50 a room. I told him I would call the office and he said no and gave me his cell phone # that he would just come out. The man also knows nothing about personal space. There was no paper work and I wanted a receipt at the time not later. Your business should not be strictly technology, figures can be changed too easily. He was the most "unprofessional" person I have ever encountered. Also the idea of receiving a call about the job at 7:30am at my office is totally absurb. I was at home because of the carpet cleaning and no business should call before 8am at home or work to be sure the work is still on. On a whole I was very unimpressed with the personnel that I dealt with. I was extremely disappointed. I certainly hope not all your personnel are like the man who came to my house. ...... We did not enjoy the sales pitch while they were there. It was an hour of one guy working and another guy trying to sell something else. Very uncomfortable.

I am still disappointed with my carpet. It is still not clean but I am too beat down to fight it anymore. I'm going to have my husband handle it from here on out. Your technicians do a horrible job with representing the company name. I have had two different technicians come out and they bad mouthed each other. Very unprofessional.

Employees were friendly and worked very efficiently. They made suggestions about additional services but did so in a way that I could comfortably consider whether or not I needed an additional service--best of all, my carpets and couches look great

Even though they had to come back and clean and area that turned brown after it dried. I was very pleased with how quick and resposive they were. The carpets look great and smell clean. They did a great job and were very courtious.

What do you like about our products and services?

My carpets have always looked brand new! I have used you for years. However, this time the area entering the den from the kitchen was not agressively cleaned as it always has been. I feel the technician almost skipped it. It is a high traffic area that I requested special attention for and it looks no different than before he came. This has never happened before, so of course I am disappointed that this very visible area is not it's usual appearance after a Zerorez cleaning.

I did not like that I had one area that had pet stains was not even a 5x10 area and they wanted to use 2 gallons of stuff at $75 per gallon to eliminate the odor...I think one that $75 for a gallon of stuff is alot and that it would take to gallons for a spot smaller than 5x10

What could we do to improve?

A little more time could have been used to ensure that the grout that I paid to be cleaned was thoroughly cleaned. Completing them first then tend to carpet would allow some drying of the grout to see if touch ups are needed. My grout in the kitchen is a little too spotty with dirt left. I would have like also if the machine was able clean up to the baseboards instead of leaving a filthy inch border around the clean tile.
