Our carpet is 15 years old. I have been using Zerorez now for a couple of years and each time they come out my carpets always look new again. Every service tech that has been to my house has always done a great job and I love the white booties!
First time user. Actually appears to be more effective in cleaning; although it has only been two days. I think they will have to return for some additional treatment on some tough spots. it does look better at this point than the other guys.
Pay a little more attention to edges where the carpet meets the wall. Come up with better pricing on extra options (spot cleaning) for clients with very little carpeting, rather than a "one price fits all" system.

I was charged an extra 60 dollars to clean the front room and it did not look any differnt that the other two rooms. I would like the extra 60 dollars back!
The service guys supposedly cleaned the carpets in about 55 minutes... including spraying on an overpriced protectant like Scotch Guard. It takes me longer tham that just to vacuum the same carpets. That is because I do a thorough job of cleaning. I cannot believe it cost me $333 for an hours work.
And since the carpets have dried they still look like they have stains in places.
I quit Dalworth for the same reason and they spent longer than your guys did. Next time probably will try another carpet cleaner. Surely somebody will care enough to take the time to do a thorough cleaning job!!!
I like the steam cleaning process, the price and the results. So far so good after two days.
Had four rooms done plus my travel trailer: Two of the bedrooms are respotting after drying---- thought your technology was tops---not so! Rooms were finished at the speed of 5 min per room! We learned the hard way you DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE NOR WORK AROUND BEDS---WE SURE WERE PUT IN A BInD!!! I REQUESTED MY CONTRACTOR TO USE YOU---BECAUSE OF ALL THE ADS OUT THERE!--- Your young tech was very nice!!!

George and Heather are a great team. They were very knowledgabel and explained everything to me. They even went as far as to offer extra things available to me just in case I wanted them. They were not pushy about any extras at all but just wanted me to be aware of the services. I will always ask for them when the time comes for a cleaning again. My carpets look and feel soft. Thank you!
Spot remouval about doubled the price. Left a place in the hall where he did one half then the other. A brown line showed up as it dried.
we were selling our home and the buyer requested as part of the closing contract that we have the carpet cleaned by zerorez. I had never heard of it before. We did have the carpets cleaned by zerorez. I assume the buyer was pleased with the results, really don't know. We had the carpets cleaned after the movers finished one evening and we left the house for the last time after they were finished cleaning the carpets. The young man that cleaned the carpets was nice and really believed in his product and was willing to stay late and clean the carpets after the movers had finished, and we appreciate his efforts.
