The carpet is clean. What I did not like was that I was to get three rooms cleaned, but the stairs could not count as one room.

The commercials make it sound like Zerrez can do miracles on your carpet, but as the saying goes "sounds too good to be true". I got charged way more than advertised because I did have soiled carpet and it looked really nice right after the technicians were done, but as it started drying up the stains began to reappear and my carpet felt "crunchy" just like with any other carpet cleaning. The technicians did warn me that that could happen. They were very honest, no complaints there but your advertising sure is misleading.

Your service techs are very polite and professional. The carpets looked amazing after they were done and the smell of dog urine was almost completely gone. Still having a slight issue with one of the rooms and the closet was missed.

First of all, I went online to make an appt. I wrote a detailed message about what I needed done, left my name, phone number, and e-mail address...I never heard anything. I called last week on Sept 5 and was given an appt for Fri, Sept 7 between 1:30 and 4. By 4:00, I heard nothing, so I called the office and was told by the girl I spoke to that she would check with the dispatcher and would call me back...never heard anything. I called about 20 minutes later and was told the technicians would be out, they were just late. They arrived about 5:15. I had wanted my hardwood floors cleaned...they did not have the necessary equipment that day, but I was quoted a price of $400 for 64 square feet to be cleaned!!! One of your competitors will do the same job for $100! My entire townhouse is 1,468 square feet...I paid $658.56 for my kitchen floor, 2 area rugs, 15 carpeted stairs, a loft area, and 2 bedrooms. Included in that was $60 for each of the bedrooms to be treated because of my pet soiling in those areas. I was also charged $150 to clean my sofa AFTER I had told the technician not to provide that service at that time due to the cost. I went with Zerorez because of the glowing ads I heard on a local morning radio station...I will NOT use Zerorez ever again.

Too fast, i had alot of carpet to be cleaned and it was done in less than a hr. More time for the quality assurance aspect would have been the thing to do. couldnt tell much by the carpet except the piles were raised back up in traffic areas. I have been in construction for 25 yrs, cleaned alot of carpets in my time. It was a quickie job for sure. Not sure if i would use you again. The staff although was very friendly. Carpet is only 2 yrs old, my concern is it wasnt cleaned properly, i will most likely have someone else do the cleaning in the nxt couple weeks, and more expense on my part.

Technician was very professional and on time. I recently moved in to my boyfriends house and let's just say his ex wife was not as particular as me. The carpet had 6 years worth of stains and wear and now they look like new. The house has a whole new look thanks to the new clean carpet. I'm not embarrassed to have people over anymore.

Bait and switch. Your ads are all about pet stains but they don't mention there is an addional 60 per room to deal with them. It's not good business to advertise a low price for services and then charge three times the quoted price to do the job right. I was very disappointed and refused the service all together. I will tell everytone that I know about the shady business practices thaat are employed, including the folks at KRLD.

Nice helpful staff, did a pretty good job on the carpets.

Have carpets dry faster....mine were damp for 24 hours.

Excessive Charges for 1 hour of work. Stains were not removed and just excuses why none of them could be removed.

Our carpet is almost white. Zerorez always makes it look like new again. The technicians are great (we always request Seth).

Your ad says 3 rooms of cleaning, your staff on the phone mentioned that the deal for cleaning was for 3 rooms, each up to 200 square feet. That looks to me like upto 600 square feet of cleaning. I had 2 rooms with a total square footage of 470 square feet. I was charged 30 extra dollars for one of the rooms which was over the 200 sq ft limit, but given the fact I only had 2 rooms, I was assured that this would not be an issue. I was then charged an extra $60 for a hallway (70 sq ft) and a small (6x6) area rug. All totaled I wanted a "special" from you for my 2 rooms at $90+ tax, ended up with a $237 bill!! My wife was at home for the service and was completely taken advantage of. I would have thought that the person that came in my home could have thrown in the small rug or hallway or something since we were no where near the 600 sq ft of cleaning that is advertised. The cleaning was good but the personal service and horrible. Admittedly my wife added the additional rug, but the shock of a bill three times what is advertised leaves a poor taste in my mouth and I will be using other professionals for this service in the future. When you review this just know that simply letting the customer know what the final tab would be BEFORE the service would have allowed us to make a decision on using your service. Frank honesty up front! The sticker shock was more than I can stomach. I mean seriously, 3 times what is advertised! Bait and switch. I will not be recommending your company.
