I was not impress with the results. Possibly the hype made me expect much more from the cleaning process. My carpet looked the same as it did before they "cleaned" it.

Technician was very courteous and fast. I think this is the cleanest the carpets have ever looked after cleaning. I especially like the idea of not having soapy residue on my carpets. Even though he came late in the afternoon he still put full effort into cleaning as if I was his first cleaning of the day!!!! Thank you for a great job!

I am very pleased that the pet stains, which were previously treated with several products, came out. The technician was extremely polite and efficient. I was very comfortable with him in my home.
Your technician was great. Your office personnel, schedulers, and supervisor for scheduling are definitely NOT customer service oriented. For our first set appointment, someone called to say the tech was going to arrive near the end of the 'window' of time. That call was appreciated, but also frustrating since I had asked to be the first appointment of the day. When they still weren't there about an hour later, I called them. (My daughter was sitting at our house with her baby waiting for the tech and needed to get home to pick up her school-aged children.) They told me that they were now having equipment issues. I asked them to please call my daughter and together they could decide what would work best for rescheduling. The man she talked to apologized and when they decided on 11:00 am the following day, she asked if this was another 'window' of time. He ASSURED her it wasn't and that they would be at our home at 11:00 am. I ended up having to call again to find out why there still wasn't a tech there at 12:30. I was told he was finishing a job and would be there shortly. At 1:15 a young woman called me and said that he was running a little late and would be there soon. I told her he was already late and quoted the 'window' of time from the day before: Between 11:00 and 1:00 -not knowing that the guy had assured us that it would be 11:00 with no window. In her snotty, snippy way, she told me he was NOT late, that he had from 11:00 to 1:30. Really!?!??! And she had just called me to tell me he was going to be late???!??!? Isn't late, late?
Then there is the discrepancy in charges. The office, in apologizing to our daughter when she called to check on the tech, offered her a price reduction on the staircase. She was quoted a complete total w/taxes, etc. The tech and the office couldn't get their numbers to match, so his offer wasn't going to be honored. I cancelled all extras and went with just the basic special. I had to leave work and come home to relieve my daughter (losing time and money)so honestly, you are lucky to have even gotten that out of me. Will I recommend your company? Let's just say I will make sure I tell people of my experience and let them decide for themselves.

I was told someone would be at my house between 5&7 for quote. I got a call at 530 saying it would be a couple hours. 7 o'clock was already pushing it for me so 730 was out of the question. they agreed to call me back in the morning with a new time. it was 730 at night the next day before they called. I was so upset I didn't bother answering the phone. I work nights I cant be here at night for quote.
Took 2 cleanings but carpet is now dry & looks great! Very pleased that 2nd tech came & re-did carpet @ no charge.
When I booked the appointment I was not told that because of the size of one of my rooms it would count as 2 rooms. Dal Worth Carpet as well as kewii carpet cleaners has never ever charged me double for my den. The front office should have informed me of this. This is no reflection on the technician. He was very professional. I would request that technician again. I do not think it is a very good business practice to quote a price at the time of booking the appointment and then when the tech gets to the job it is another price. For this reason I will not recommend zerorez.
I like that there was no strong smell. Also how quick the work was done. The technical was great and explained everything he did. My carpets and furniture look great.

Good results.
However, the technician seemed to take too much time talking about the process and all its technicalities.
