I felt that the "special treatment" for pet stains which involved just a few squirts of some liquid in a spray bottle was not worth $60 charge. I thought that was way overpriced. Also, dirty water drips were left on my tile as they pulled the equipment out of my house. It would have been nice if they mopped up before leaving. Rugs look good though. Waiting to see if stains reappear.

You did what you advertised you could do and you got my carpet CLEAN. Prices were reasonable. Staff was knowledgeable and very sold on the process.

The work done was quick and efficient - your service tech was polite and informative. I appreciated the fact that because I have a puppy, he took the time to thoroughly inspect the carpet for signs of accidents.
Service was great, price was the best I found. I had several spots on my carpet and now they are completely gone and my carpet looks like new. I would highly recomend Zerorez.

More money than I would have liked to have spent. I also feel I had to pay too much attention to service man to do a thorough job. If you have really good technicians, they would work at places until they came clean, not have to be asked to go over them again. Also, I paid for prespotting and pet detailing and I actually checked the floor in one room and it was totally dry before he cleaned it. I brought this to his attention, and he corrected the problem. He did go out of his way to try to fix an odor in one of my chairs. That was nice.

Today i heard on the radio you were having a "special" for 4 rooms cleaned for $99.00
Am disappointed I was not given that rate as I am certain the technician knew about the upcoming sale.
Also don't agree that I had to be charged $25 for carpet in a bathroom that is only 3.5'X4.5'. Seems that a repeat customer could at least get some kind of a break.
Technician did a good job of cleaning.
Quick and pleasant service. This was a move out cleaning so I did not get to see the final result.
I was expecting to pay 89.95 plus tax but ended up spending 240.00. That is my only complaint. I think this should be discussed prior to the tech arriving and the one on one pressure.
Joe did an excellent job of explaining everything and was very professional. Our carpets looked great when he was through. Excellent cleaning job.
The one thing I was not happy about was that I was told the tech would be there between 4:00 and 6:30. About 6:35 I got a call from Joe saying when he finished his route in Duncanville & DeSota he was assigned 2 more jobs in Garland. He had just finished the one in North Garland and would be at my house in about 45 minutes. He got there about 7:15. I appreciated that he came on & did my house. He explained that the regular dispatcher had a wreck that morning, so the girls who set appointments were doing the dispatching.
I felt I should have had a call from the office to explain things before he got there. Like I said though Joe did an excellent job on cleaning and was very nice. He was through in a very short time and everything worked out fine.
I will use ya'll again and I will refer you to my friends.
I have had many different carpet cleaning compaines come out, clean my carpet. When they leave and the carpet dries the next day the stains are right back. There were some stains that came back, the day after I had it cleaned by your company, but not as many as usual. There also wasnt any harsh smelling chemicals used to clean the carpets.
First off, I would like to say that the technicians were exemplary in their professional capacity and I believe they thought they did a good job. However, after the drying period I was not as impressed as I originally thought I would be. There are areas which could have used a bit more thorough going over, evidenced by the fact that those areas look pretty much as they did before with a very dingy spotty look.
My decision to use your service was based on the glowing recommendation from the 103.7 team and I am a bit disappointed with the result.
Secondly, please advise your technicians that in future, when recommending an additional service, that the price quoted is per room. After my carpet was cleaned, the lead technician recommended that I get a treatment to protect the carpet, he said it would be $30.00. It was only after my invoice was tallied that I realized that the cost was per room and the treatment had already been applied, definitely not something I had budgeted for.
I cannot in all good conscience recommend your service to anyone.

I have used Zerorez several times and have always been very pleased. I had a coffee stain on this recent cleaning and the stain came back after a few days. I called the technician this morning to see if he could come back and hit that spot. He said they would have to do an extraction on that spot and would be $75.00!!!!!! I had just spent $170.00 with you. The spot is the size of a small saucer plate. Not happy about any of that. I would think you would come back to a regular customer and try to make them happy = at least for a nominal fee.
Great service, the technician, Justin, was very polite and respectful.
I expected the floors to look "cleaner". It was probably my carpet, but because of your claims from your ad, my expectations were very high. The next time I am going to try someone else and make the comparison for myself. I liked the fact that the man that did the cleaning was on time and he was very professional. He did a good job.

The cost quoted over the phone and what was charged was different. There was no invoice provided befroe the payment was made. The comment was "you will receive the invoice via e-mail" is not acceptable. Once the invoice was received is when the problem occurred.
Your technition was fantastic. Professional, hard working, courteous, seemed really concerned about what was best for me, and simply provided outstanding service -- a rarity these days. My carpet looked like new when he finished. He rushed to help me keep a previous appointment to pick up my dog from the groomer. Don't get the wrong mental picture. I'm just an old woman and my dogs are my kids since all of mine are grown and gone. Many companies make me feel like they are trying to take advantage of me since I'm a woman. I really appreciated the respect and honesty Jamal conveyed. Thank you and I will definitely recommend you to anyone I hear that needs clean carpets. Thanks again

Chemical-free products used - knowledgeable technicians. You have been here three times and I have sent you two referrals so far. Both were as pleased as I.
I will never ask Zerorez to clean my carpet again. It has taken months to get things right. Brad would not return our many phone calls and when he did he continued to call my husband after we told him multiple times to call me. The broken table has been fixed and the spots on the carpet have been cleaned 3 times, which should have not happened in the first place. I was asked twice by the first technician for a little extra money for him since he was giving me a product, which could not be shown to us when we requested that it be brought to our house so that we could see that it existed. Then, I had to pay $80.00 (that I gave the first technician) because I was part of the conspiracy to cheat the company----which is totally untrue. He asked twice for a tip. We were told this was a fireable offense, yet he still works for the company. This has been a true nightmare. I will only tell my friends the story of what happened to me with Zerorez and let them know that this is not a reliable company. Debbie Tiner Last name removed
I'm sure the machinery works ok but the tech was texting the whole time and seemed in a huge hurry to get done. When i opened the door to greet him he even had me wait a moment while he was finishing a text? He seemed to go over the carpet very quickly versus spending a little longer on high traffic areas. There were a lot of stains (milk spills) left and even several spots where the kids had left a small smear of food(which I was able to get up easily with my fingernail after he left.) I recleaned the carpet with my carpet cleaner immediately after he left and was able to get all the stains, food marks, and dirt he left behind. I was just surprised that a professional service would perform so poorly against my little home cleaner. :(. I preferred to use a cleaning service because I just don't have the time to do it. I just really felt that for what we got, it certainly wasn't worth over $200. I would like to have a partial refund, for what I got I feel $100 is more than fair! I own a residential/commercial cleaning business and have tons of customers that I often refer special services like this, but if that's what they get for their money I certainly would never refer zerorez!

Communication was not as it should have been. Just communicate that you will be late and that there are issues with the equipment.
I like that it doesn't leave a residue in the carpet and that it dries faster than other processes we've used. I am a little puzzled that the machine left tracks in the carpet this time and don't know why. They seem to be working out in areas where we walk and I assume they will all go away eventually.
