Really, really got my carpet cleaner than I ever expected. I just had it done, but hope the spots are still gone in 2-3 weeks as this has always been a problem before. Nice till the 2nd or 3rd week, the all the spots came back. So far I'm thrilled with the results.
I particularly liked the tech that did my cleaning on 9/20/12. The carpets looked better than
they have in years. He also listened to my comments and did not try to arm twist me into additional services.
Your office staff needs more training. They are not relaying properly to your out side staff.
Out side staff is A-plus. Concerned, polite, and knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend your company to all of my friends.

I was happy that no chemicals were used. I did ask for the 3 room special for $89 and I know that I had the protectant sprayed on the carpet, but, I'm unsure why it cost as much as it did when I should have had the 3 room special for $89. I can't open the receipt account at work and haven't been home long enough to see if it will open on my computer.
no odors, dries quickly and friendly
Our front room still has a pet odor even though we purchased the special pet treatment package. The person that came out said that sometimes it takes a while for the smell to break down, but it is still there.
The technician was very informative and eager to discuss the vast differences between typical cleaning methods and Zerorez, but took up more time than necessary doing so. I work out of my home, so in essence was "at work" when he was here. He had to stop due to "excessive soap" in my carpet. I am not really sure what this meant, but he had to call a supervisor for help, which is TRULY OK. Its just that if your method or equipment can't keep up with "excessive soap", then this should be factored in. He ultimately had a second truck come by and we were good to go. Also, someone should have prepped me better prior to the appointment like telling me whether or not furniture should/would be moved and if vaccuuming was required. I know that many methods do not require a pre-vaccuuming. All in all, the carpet turned out great, both techs were polite, professional and knowledgable.

I was planning to spend $250.00 and spent $629.00.. I am not unsatisfied, but felt all the fact need to be brought out upfront
All the carpet stains are now gone. My carpet is a few years old and it looks great! It took them no time at all to get in, get the cleaning done, and let me get on with my plans for the weekend.
Roy was right on time, explained the product and asked about special requests. Our rooms were not exactly 200 square feet but he explained the difference in price before starting. He proceeded after authorization and worked hard to meet my requirements. The finished product was fantastic and service unequaled. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to my friend and family or total strangers that want my opinion.
They did a great job. My carpets look like new. I really liked the person who cleaned our carpets he was a very nice gentleman.
