I hear your commerical on Jody Dean alot, says you can get everything out of a carpet. While I admit you are better than most, you did not get everything out. We had paint stains in one room, they worked on it and alot of it came out, in another room, they went from that room right to the stairs, so because the stairs were wet, I did not check that room, paint all over, didn't try very hard in that room. Your advertisement also says your carpets will stay clean for along time, not if you don't select the scotch guard, and that costs alot, alot more, so the 3 rooms for $89 is misleading. Plus we did mention Jody Dean and we never got our gift certificate from that jewery place

Too expensive and pet stains still visible and odor worse than before. Guys were great but not worth the $1000 I spent. I did recommend you to my neighbor who used you the same day and also was disappointed.

Your tech did a great job and was very pleasant. My carpets look wonderful.

The carpet was so wet it was squishy in some spots, we had 5 fans going and when we got up this morning it was still wet in some spots.

I was pleasantly surprised with the way my carpets looked after the cleaning. The service rep Nilan Ryan was very efficient and thorough with all his treatments. He was NOT pushy with trying to sell me more services. He explained the other options when I asked and quickly proceeded to complete the process. I will recommend your company to my friends.

I have used Dalworth in the past. You guys got stains out that they didn't. Out carpet looks and feels new. Wished I would have done the entire house. Will use you again. Really great job.

Lack of chemicals.

Crew was professional and not pushy. Came in went straight to work and were gone. I had a few tough mystery stains in a high traffic garage area and they worked on them diligently and were able to get them to disappear at least for now. Carpet looks and feels brand new now.
