Your products and services are great. There were some oil spots on the carpet in a bedroom that I had not been able to remove. But the guy assured me the product he used would remove them and they are gone. This is the second time I have used your services and I am 100% satisfied. I will be calling you again next year.
The techs were right on time and very knowledgeable. I'm encouraged to know that you only use organic cleaning products. I hesitate to tell you how completely satisfied I am until my rug is returned to my home. However, I feel confident that it will arrive in advance of my party on October 13, and that it will be cleaned to my satisfaction. Thank you.
You don't use soaps. It's all steam extraction. Your service agents are always on time, very polite and helpful.

I felt informed as to what was about to happen to our carpets and the products used were the cleanest and most adaptable to getting back to living as I could have imagined. I wanted carpets cleaned and pet odors gone. From a just over $100 initial estimate to ultimately paying almost $500, the pet smell is still very strong. If I was going to spend $500, I wanted the pet smell gone...

Hunter was very professional and courteous and did a great job. He called and asked to come earlier than my appointment and I was happy to get it done so I could get on with my day.
Our technician was knowledgable and did a great job. I like how m carpet felt after it dried, soft and fluffy. There was no residue.

They were absolutely wonderful in working around my schedule. The only thing I would improve is spending more time sucking up the water. It was much wetter than at other times.

I heard a radio add for an $89 3 Room Cleaning. When I called I informed the phone receptionist that I only needed one room cleaned and she set me up for a One Room Clean for $50 and a Scotch Guard Treatment for $30 to put me at the $80 required to have service. The Tech was to arrive between 3-6 and he did. Upon arrival he gave my wife an estimate for $180. When she informed him it was only to be $89 plus tax he went back to his truck and came back with a $140 estimate. My wife informed him again what we wanted, the one room clean and scotch guard. The tech left and then returned with a $127 estimate and since my wife was frustrated at the gentleman and unable to reach me (I was at work)and it was closer to the $89 plus tax she agreed and the service was preformed. A half hour later I was able to call my wife and she informed me that the tech did not move our bookshelf and clean under it. The shelf had been recently moved to hide a dog accident. This one spot was the primary reason we called you guys and the tech was informed that we needed the very small childrens bookshelf moved and cleaned under but he did not. There is also a small pink stain still in the carpet that the tech reassured my wife several times he could remove. I wonder why when told what serviced we requested did the tech refuse to offer it to my wife and manipulate her into agreeing to a more expensive treatment that was not even needed. I have called several times and have been waiting for a manager to call me back, yet none has. I believe I was cheated and my wife was a bit taken advantage of. I asked for a specific service and was assured I would love the results. Your tech preformed non requested services and did not complete the job. If ZeroRez will credit me the $30 for the difference between the Scotch Guard and Pet Stain treatments I would be satisfied but I have yet to hear from anyone in management. And I am sill lving with the one soiled carpet spot I needed you guys to clean most.

Overall, my experience was very positive. The carpets and the furniture looked much better. Justin, the young man who provided the service, was friendly and informative. My only complaint is that he offered me a variety of extra services and when I asked how much everything would be together, he told me my "out the door price" was $653.12. I said I would go ahead with the extras, and he never gave me anything to sign, nor did he give me a receipt when I gave him my credit card. I later got an email with the invoice attached, which was $777. I have spoken to the customer service manager, and I have been told I will get a refund, but until that actually happens, I still have some reservations about recommending Zerorez to anyone. That part of the experience really dampened my enthusiasm.

As good as the service is and as good as your technician is, I just didn't realize how expensive it was going to be.
The extras really add up and it just was a bit of shock.
How to fix that? Maybe for the person on the phone to give a bit more info or an email prior to visit??
