The pee smell from our dog still lingers around, and we had a coupon for 3 rooms and it would be $88. NO! It ended up being $315 to get our carpets cleaned. I'm upset because it costed $227 above what we were told during our estimate...
On time and courteous techs. I was a little upset because I wasn't told they were charging me $37.00 for pre-spotting and didn't realize it until I got my email invoice. In the future, I think you should be told when an extra is being added.

I am a strong supporter of KLTY radio. I heard that they were supporters and you all had a 3 room special. I was surprised when a tech came out for estimate of kitchen tile floor and living room only and they said it would cost $428.00.
Needless to say we can get our entire home done for that

service is very quick and it leaves the carpet especially clean.
The carpets are actually clean when you leave and they stay that way a lot longer.
Loved the natural products used as there wasn't a chemical order nor lots of water used. Slightly damp to the touch when done versus lots of water still in carpet. However, when I called in to make the reservation I asked about drying time and was told it only takes 1-2 hours to dry. NOT - it takes about 4 plus to completely dry properly. Plus from a marketing perspective, you need to tell customers up front about the trip charge! I refused to pay as that needs to be told when the customer makes a reservation - not later. J.B. the technician was quite personable and very knowdgeable. You need to clone him!

The technician who visited my home was polite, professional, and knowledgeable about your products and services. He completed the work in a reasonable time and my carpet looks really good.
Friendly and helpful technician. My husband was using a Bissel carpet cleaner to self clean and did not believe your system would be an improvement. He was amazed how much better your equipment worked. We are waiting to see how long it lasts. Advertisements state it still looks good after 4 months. We are hopeful.
It's the pricing thing. I think I was quoted 6 prices. I never know until you are here how much you will charge. I would rather have dirty rugs than think that I have been lied to or cheated. Have a price and stick to it. Maybe that isn't the industry standard. Whatever. Pat Last name removed

The air duct cleaning was a clean process - nothing blown out into my house. My carpet looks and feels wonderful. It's 22 years old, and the process Zerorez used made it look almost new again. The team was friendly and professional - they really did a great job.
My carpets look excellent, and most of the residue from prior cleanings was extracted from one particular carpet so that the color matched the rest of the house.
This was far the worst experience I have ever had with a service of any kind. I had three rooms of carpet cleaned the service tech spent less then 20 min. to clean all three rooms. When I tried to speak to a service supervisor about the experience it took two days and 6 phone calls to finally speak to someone. They will be sending another tech out to re clean my carpets . Hoping for a better out come
