My carpets look great. The technician was able to get stains out, that we have not been successful in removing before.
At the time the technicians left, everything seemed perfect. They were very nice, seemed knowledgeable, and they worked very hard. However, it took over two days for the carpet to completely dry.
A friend came the next day and said she could still smell pet urine in some areas.
The traffic patterns reappeared with in two days - I had expected those areas to darken again, but not as quickly as they did.

First time I used your service you made an 8 year old carpet look brand new so I came back to you again when I had new carpet installed and needed it cleaned. Your technicians are always very professional and go above and beyond to be careful of the furniture and walls. I was so impressed with your service that I had my furniture cleaned as well this time and was very pleased with the outcome. Luke and Seth were very professional and completed the cleaning in an orderly and timely manner. I did feel a bit pressured as far as extra treatment was concerned.
My stains that were in my carpet looked like they were gone, but in the next few days the stains could be seen again. I was charged extra money ($400.93 total) to use an enzyme to treat the carpet. I can not recommend to my friends this high price and my stains are still there.

The technician that came out was very friendly. BUT, the large hose on the equipment was continuously knocked into furniture, and dragged accross our walls and baseboards. There was chippend paint on base boards and door frames from the hose and one baseboard looked like some one had taken a saw to it because of the hose rubbing back and forth accross it! One wall corner had paint chipped off down to the meatal edging on the drywall! We were told our carpet would be dry in 2 to 3 hours AND 26 HOURS LATER it was still damp. Two large spots appeared that were not present prior to the cleaning. I am still working with clear water and extraction on MY OWN to remove these! I called twice on the Monday following the Saturday appt. to speak to a mangager and was told that some one would call me back that day. No one called me back until I made another call on Tuesday morning. At that point I was extremely angry and wanted a refund. I was told that I would not be given a refund, but someone could come back out and "hit those spots" for me. I told him that I did not want that hose back in my house damaging my walls and baseboards. He was unwilling to offer any thing else and of course not willing to issue a refund! I am extremely disappointed it this service and will make sure to make that well known in many ways!
You gave me a price over the phone and then when your guy was at my home the price was double! I was very frustrated that I was told it was $100.00 to clean my sofa and $30.00 to fiber real it. Then when het came in, he told me bc my sofa was a natural fiber it would be $240.00 and $50.00 to seal it. I had a 40% off coupon and it was still higher than the original quote that I was given. My sofa doesn't look any better and he only spot cleaned it, and told me he cleaned the entire sofa. I will need him to come back and try again. I think there is a huge disconnect between the person quoting over the phone and the service tech. Thank you, Name removed
Alls well, did what you advertised it would do-clean carpets!
The 1st trip we were not impressed,maybe it was the last appt. of the day and the crew was tired. I know they ran out of the cleaning solution in the spray bottle and tried substituting with tap water. They just didnt take the time to do the job. My wife called and a 2nd crew came out and did the job very well, they took their time and the furniture looks new again. we were very pleased with the 2nd crew and the zerorez office for for sending out the 2nd crew, that is why we rated you very high on the feedback request.
On time service and so far, no returning spots
Our old carpet looks great! We could not be more pleased with the results or the friendly and professionalism of our guy, Justin, and the people we talked to in the office. We plan to have our tile cleaned and sealed by you and, hopefully, Justin, after the holidays. Thank you, Zero Rez!

The service technician arrived 90 minutes passed my scheduled window. I had to pay someone to stay in my home while he completed his work. I purposely planned my day so that I would be available to pick up my daughter from a school event at 6:30. The appointment was scheduled for 1:30-4:00....this should have been fine. He did not show up until 5:30! I called twice and was promised a discount on my service. I did not receive it. The technician was very nice, but this type of late arrival is unacceptable.
No harsh chemicals or shampoos.
The telephone quote and the actual pricing at time of service is quite a bit different. The price for cleaning the rugs in home were twice what I was quoted over the phone ( even taking in to account wool vs. Synthetic).
Service tech came back out after a mix up with my mom's instructions on what rooms to clean. He did a great job. The stairs were too pricey in my opinion. $174 for stairs, small area in living room, bedroom area in front of bed/ door area, and a hallway.

This letter was originally sent on November 27,2012 to your "Custom Service" email.I have yet to receive a response...
Your Technicians came out on November 26, 2012 and cleaned my carpet.
I had originally contacted (and set an appointment with) my old
carpet-cleaning company (which I do not have complaints about). When I
advised my daughter, she told me to contact Zerorez as she had heard
on KLUV that they had a special going on and that part of this offer
was a $100.00 gift certificate from Fuller's Jewelry Store.
I cancelled my old company and decided to try Zerorez. Although they
did a fine job, I was upset to discover that the gift card was valid
only through October 30, 2012. I only discovered this when I printed
it and read the "conditions".
At no time during my scheduling, confirmation call or at service time
did anyone from Zerorez advise me that the offer was expired. This
does not bode well for a first-time experience with a new company. I
feel that Zerorez should have notified me of the expired offer so I
could have made a better informed decision.
Needless to say, I am disappointed in this experience and would like
to know if Zerorez plans on honoring the offer. If that is the
case...what do I need to do to help facilitate the process?

Arrive earlier. I had the first of the morning appointment, the window was 8:30 to 11:00 which I thought was wild since I was suppose to be first in the morning. Who starts their day at 11? In any case, the gentleman arrived just before 9:30.
