I like how the carpet service was completed but I was highly disappointed with the blotchiness of the tile service and how much dirt was left in the grout lines.
What can we say. Carpets look great and Seth and Mike were very knowledgeable about how to treat our carpets. Only thong I was shocked about was the price. Thank you.
The tech did a fantastic job on my carpet and he was very professional and friendly, he really showed me he really care and take pride in his work, and about getting it done correctly and that's rare service these days, so for that I appreciate him and would refer your company to friends/family.

My carpets and area rugs are wonderful and surprisingly soft. Extremely pleased with the prompt and professional service we received , not to mention the insight and full knowledge of Tim Colby! Pet stains were not removed and the house smells of pee. We had used them before and we were very pleased and did recommend them to neighbors. But we're very dissatisfied this time. My husband was here home and he said they were done with 3 rooms in 30 mins. It sounds like who ever did ours this time did not care to take the time to due the job right.
Professional services. Best cleaning I've seen on my carpets yet. We still have some old spots that came back but they are not as dark as they were & I'm sure after another cleaning they will be even less noticeable.
Clean carpet without any soapy residue
Improve your on-time reliability. On Wednesday the nice girl confirmed an 8:30-11:30 time frame and said they would call on Friday morning. Friday morning I received a call right about 9 o'clock and the guy said he would be there by 9:30. My son drove over there to wait for them. During a meeting at work, I received two additional phone calls around 10:15 and 10:20 from another person wanting to know if I was at home or at work. I told him that someone was waiting for them since 9:30. He said that they had a late meeting and was just getting on the road and he would be there in 10 minutes. I called my son at 11:15 and they were not there but showed up shortly afterwards. If I had taken off of work to come and meet the first guy I would have been one very unhappy camper.
When I was scheduling I had a lot of problems with staff. Wanted two hour windows and when I said anything past 2 they scheduled between 4 to 6. The guys actually came at three which really helped but the schedulers were not a joy to work with
You only gave us a quote. It's too early to say whether or not we would recommend you. Let's be patient and wait until the job is finished - then we can decide whether or not to recommend you. In this case, "5" means neutral.

they wer not able to get all the satins out of my carpet and it looked like they were in a hurry to get the job done some spots were miised andi don't believe all the dirt was cleaned up. the Carpet looks like it still needs alot of work

Service was fast and most of the stains were removed. I was disappointed that I did not receive the gift card advertised on KLUV even though I told the representative over the phone and the service rep both that I heard the advertisement via Jody Dean on KLUV.
I liked that no chemicals remain in the carpets. Quick and good work.
I did not receive a copy of an invoice. I did not receive the Fuller's Gift Certificate. The technician (Chris) gave me a verbal quote for air duct cleaning and said that I would receive a written bid by email - nothing has been sent.
He left the job without saying that he was leaving - he was removing the hoses and the next thing I knew, he was gone without saying he was leaving.
I am very pleased with the products and services. I will highly recomend your services to all my friends. I liked the products especially because there was no strong ordor and the people doing my carpets were very professional. I will definately use you again.
The service was completed very quickly with no mess, chemicals or odors.

Cleaning without chemicals
Seems to get the carpets clean, and not soggy. Came on time. However, a bit expensive compared to other companies.
I like that your products are "green" and I was very happy with the service I received. I have already recommended your company to several people and at least two of them will be calling you soon.
After the gentlemen finished cleaning and left, I found a 2 inch dent in the front of my regrigerator door as well as a divot in the drywall in my entry hall. The drywall divot is not a big deal, but the dent in the refrigerator is HUGE. This should have been brought to my attention.
I love the cleaning results but I likely won't be inviting your company back due to the damage caused by the worker's carelessness and the nondisclosure of that damage.
The people were friendly from my initial phone call until the technicians completed the job. I was impressed with the quality of work, the professionalism of the technicians, and the value.
Our carpets were horrible! Between 3 dogs, a litter of puppies and 6 grandchildren, needless to say hour carpets were a mess. The technician was very thorough when cleaning the carpets and explained everything he was doing. Our carpet looks brand new considering it is over 7 years old.
JB was able to remove stains in my heavy traffic areas. I'm so pleased. He says this time they will not come back so I'm holding out to make sure he is right...ha. He explained the process, how to care for my carpets, etc. I have used Dalworth Carpet Cleaning for 5 years and have definitely switched to Zerorez.
Products do the job without the wetness. Your services were what I needed to remove urine stain and protect the carpet from future soil.
