great products and excellent service
I like the lack of residue once the cleaning is done. However, the person was scheduled from 8:30 to 11:00 and didn't come. So I called at 11:30 to find out he wouldn't be here till 12:30. I understand previous appointments can run long, but you should call me to say you'll be late ... not make me call you to find out what's going on. I specifically requested a morning cleaning ... a month in advance ... so it would not interfere with afternoon tasks. It was a major inconvenience to have it happen 90 minutes late.
I am a great-great grandmother who lost her husband to cancer a few years ago. I decided after his death to replace my carpet. I stayed around for a year and then I decided to go to Pennsylvania since that is where I am from and my daughters live there. I let a friend stay in my house while I was gone. I hadn't decided whether I would stay or come home, but didn't want it to stay empty or have a lot of kids in it.When I got home my carpet was a mess! I was sure it would never come clean!I called your company and you sent out a tech(his name was Keith) He cleaned a couple of spots to show me how it worked so if I wasn't happy he woulldn't do it! I was absolutly amazed! hen it dried a couple of spots did show up,but nothing serious! I was nver expecting it to come clean. I spent my week-end bragging about Keith and your company! Thank You so very much for putting a smile on this crabby old ladies face!

You do not use soap, therefore there the carpet does not get dirty as fast.
It left the carpets smelling much better. I have 3 cats and there have been accidents apparently that Keith showed me throughout the house. Even the cats like the smell of the carpets. The carpet looks so much better too. Thanks Keith.

Michael Murphy was wonderful. He came in, accessed the job, started to work... got it all done with no fuss no problems and no hassell. He explained what upgrades he had available and why they were important. Then he let me decide what I wanted and did not badger me to buy the things I decided aginst. He was professional, courtious and calm.
I will definatly call Michael and Zerorez next time I need my carpets cleaned.
I think the stain resistant product works great to repel stains.. although on my first stain today it was not as good as the last time I received the treatment.. I am waiting to see how it works this time

Carpet looks great, did not take a long time to dry and there was no chemical odor to deal with. We have pets (as did the people before us) and pet stains "miraculously" disappeared and have not come back.
