My carpets & tile are amazingly clean without using chemicals. Your techs do excellent work!
Mitchell, the technician who came to our house today, was following up after our previous service from Zerorez this month, which did not meet our expectations of our past experience with Zerorez. Mitchell's customer service was excellent as was his ability to correct the stain problem we had in one of the bedrooms. He was very thorough, efficient, polite and knowledgable. The carpet dried much quicker and the carpet pile was not stiff & matted as with our previous service this month.
Great service, rugs are very clean, the tech was professional, on time, fast. However, your website is not good. On 3 occasions i tried to get an appointment and never got a call back or email. This time i signed up on line...no email or call, but i phoned you and got a scheduled appointment. The phone person was polite but had a very very stong accent, and we had difficulty comunicating. Excellent service, terrible scheduling. You probably miss a lot of business for that.
The fact you do not used soap. So there is no residue

I think your service is over priced for what you get .The price that was advertised was $89 and $30 for a oversized den but when your people finished the charge was $201.I feel your ads are misleading. Name removed

Carpets were cleaned and look somewhat better, but based upon the advertising on KLUV I did not see the results that the spokesman on the radio said I would(like new). I could get the same results from renting a Rug Doctor, but then I would have to drag it around.

Stains do not come back and there is no odor after the cleaning.
The service was amazing and the results were incredible! The guy who cleaned the carpet was very informative and knowledgable about all the products and he had a great attitude that has made us new loyal customers!
The stain is still very prominent in my carpet after the technician told me it came up. Once the carpet dried, you could see it was still there. $130 later and it was only slightly better.
The technicians parked their van in my driveway when they arrived to clean the carpet. The runoff water from the van left a large orange stain right in the middle of my driveway. In the future, it would be smart for your technicians to park their vans in the street, so as not to leave a large orange stain on the customers driveways.

Randy did an OUTSTANDING job of cleaning our carpets. However, the invoice he gave me was someone elses. I am still waiting to receive MY invoice via email and the $100.00 gift card from the jewelry store.
They worked.
The only issue we had that was no visible until the day after services were received was that where the hoses were laid across our lawn, the grass died--I guess due to the heat in the hoses.

Representative was polite but did not present a very positive impression of the company. I had several stains in one room and he said well, we will try to improve them as best we can - like I could expect stains to remain when he finished.
My last zero rez person did some surface spot cleaning with no extra charges. These guys wanted to charge me almost 400 more to do some surface spraying. I was shocked and almost just said to leave. Maybe the last guy went above and beyond but I at least had expected a few spot treatment sprays. They just wanted to quickly go over the carpet and leave. I asked them to hit a couple spots again because I could see that all the dirt had not come up.
Carpet and rugs are much cleaner.
My carpet looks great and took only 4 hours to dry.
On time, fast but thorough, and the carpet was clean. Now we will see how long it will hold up.
