The equipment made a difference on my carpets. The service was very good too. I was not certain that we would be able to salvage much from these tired worn and deeply stained carpets however, it does appear to have worked. Also, with this the service was VERY expensive and I paid over $320 for just three rooms. This included the protectant. I am accoustomed to paying about $100 for three rooms with Protection package. I agreed to the substantial cost because the sales/service reps convinced me that this system would work and it did. Just not sure I can afford Zerorez every time. But indeed happy with the results. Extra service is too expensive and were a surprise. What started out to be around 100. dollars turned out to be almos 300. Dollars! Very deceptive and too high!

The Zerorez technician arrived on schedule, did a good job in cleaning our carpets, and gave us good information about air duct cleaning.

Call me. My latest experience with Zerorez was not nearly as good as the ones in the past.
1. I could not really see the estimate on his iphone and did not like how confusing it was.
2. I paid for a tile cleaning but did not know that it wouldn't clean up under the cabinets.
3. I was asked to write something about his work in a journal while he watched me.
4. He was there for less than 1.5 hours and it was $300....and he was alone.

We like that you clean without using toxic cleansers. Your staff are professional and courteous. One question: why do you not use the soak and flash method for all pet treatments, when it is apparently the most effective method of addressing pet stains? Thank you for responding to our "shadow spots" that showed up after the carpet dried.
The carpet looks great. The tech was courteous,knowledgeable and made every effort to work within our stores schedule.

For the Carpet Cleaning - 10 - Very Likely - excellent work; professional service.
For the Marble Polish - 1 - Not Likely - good work and good service but not worth the price for the work done, time here, value received, etc. Also had to call them back to finish the job (redo parts of the floor).
Your employees, technicions who cleaned our carpet were, clean, neat, polite, helpful and courteous. My carpet was cleaner than anyone or any other company has done.

No residue as promised; Mike was exceptional -- helper not so much; helper chipped paint by more than one return.
Sofa was cleaned with such force a bit threadbare on arms post cleaning, but overall, excellent work.
Large amount of pre-service info by email. Both prior calls beforehand. Good customer service from the person doing the work. Carpets look excellent as of today, the day after. With fans, dried quickly so that we could get all the furniture back in place the night of the day carpet was cleaned.
