How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

You did not arrive within the window given or even call to advise me that you tech was overbooked and running late. This caused me to scramble to find a relative to come and babysit my house while the tech finished.

Once he arrived we went over all spots and what they were. We, also, discussed what furniture was too heavy to move. He never said that he would not move the lighter pieces of furniture at all. My son-in-law even discussed it with him, but he told him he was not allowed to move ANY FURNITURE. Subesequently, there are some places that did not get cleaned and I had planned to rearrange the furniture needing these spots cleaned for that purpose. The carpets stayed wetter than last time and we could not put things I had moved back in place until the next day.

I really prefer the companies that send out a two man crew that does a much better job even if they do use detergents.

Too pushy with trying to sell extras. Carpets not as clean as we hoped. Realize they are old carpets with lots of stains, I told the girl that when I made the appointment, she assured me they could treat and get them clean, didn't mention treatment cost extra.

The carpet did get clean but the technician was unprofessional. He asked my caregivers for a tip and then charged for 7 gallons of cleaner, not the 5 he initially said. I won't recommend Zerorez based on that.

What could we do to improve?

I scheduled a Friday appt, was given a 4 - 6:30pm window. The team showed up at 7pm. I would have appreciated an earlier window on a Friday and an arrival within the allotted time window.

The high traffic carpet areas didn't seem much different than before the cleaning. Still seemed to be worn down due to dirt, etc.

There is no odor and the carpets were ready to walk on in less than one hour. I was especially pleased with the service person Jason. He gave extra attention to problem areas that I pointed out. What do you like about our products and services?

You do what you say. Although the carpet was practically black with dirt and traffic issues the guys got it rather clean, very clean. Cleaner than I thought they would. It has now been 1 week since the service. the carpet is showing some comeby but not to the extreme as with other companies. It still looks good. the guys were great and very helpful with suggestions for future use.
I'll be calling on you again for the next cleaning.

The people who answer the phone are not very competent or helpful. I had to tell the girl three times that I wanted a Saturday moring appointment (I called a week in advance by the way so that I could have a Saturday)! So Saturday came and my appointment window was 11-1PM. Noone showed by one, so I called again. Technician did not show till 3:30PM. I did not intend to spend my whole day waiting on your service. I don't see how 1 master bedroom, one closet, one high traffic area in a small office and three chairs equals over $400.00 when you advertise 3 rooms for $89.95 on WBAP. On the positive side the technician was polite, professional, courteous, and good. I love the results. I forgot to use my $25 coupon too in all the confusion.

Better communication as to the actual price I would end up paying. Both times I have used Zerorez the cost advertised and the cost I end up paying is about 3 times higher.
Granted this last time I asked for the 3 room special and when the technician arrived I asked if he could add a hall & stairs (at 5.00 EACH-EEK!). I expected it to run somewhat higher than the 89.00. By the time I added those items and the recommended pre-treating of stains (yes that was why I called for a carpet cleaner)- I was up to 240.00 dollars.
I am convinced that NO ONE does a better job on their customer service and actual carpet cleaning than you guys. I would be 110% pleased if what I budgeted to pay and what I end up paying were more in line. Both times the gentlemen who did the cleaning when presenting my actual cost claimed they "would not charge me for X or Y" as if to make the amount easier to swallow.
Again my only negative comment is with this issue- I would recommend you to anyone but I would give the warning to expect the actual cost to be much higher than the pricing you are given when making the appointment and the one you hear on the radio.

The carpets look good and the reps were friendly. My hesitation is in the overall cost.

I took advantage of the $89 special, added two rooms at $33 each. The initial three rooms included the living room with no furniture but the tv stand; a bedroom with most of the furniture and a small hall way (36 sq feet). The two extra rooms had NO furniture, they were empty.

I added pet treatment which was a total waist of money. I expected to pay $60 - $70 extra for the hall which was the problem but ended up paying close to $200 extra. I could not tell a difference in the hall once the carpet dried. Considering there was no padding where the carpet was cleaned, I thought there would have been better results. Although pet cleaning is not guaranteed, with most of the furniture moved for the reps, $400 is a lot of money for the results.

My service person was great he was very professional and helpful, however he was overbooked for the day and was one hour to an hour and half late. When I called customer service ( I had to call them three times to figure out if someone would show up that day) they could not help me and could offer no suggestions or solutions. If the final result had not been so positive I would not reccomnd your service based on my experience from customer service

last one of the day seemed to have done a very quick job of my carpet also seem to have an unuseual oder for several days i know i did not have the dirtiest carpet but did have some pet stains but for 60.oo dallors a room thought would do a good job even though i do not have the newist carpet. i guess i would recomend you for someone with no pets and newer carpet. there always seem to be an excuse for not getting it cleaned as good as you would like it for that high price .
