The best my carpets have looked since installation almost 9 years ago.
no soaps or detergents
Darwin (the technician) was very good and offered reasonable rates. Carpets and furniture look great.
My favorite factor is "no soap residue"!! I'm amazed at the power of water! The carpets also dry faster with no left soap.
I'll never use another company for carpet cleaning.

Carpets were cleaned well (stains removed) and the process was quick.
Natural, odor free, excellent results that restored our tile and carpets. The technicians were very informative and interactive to teach you about their products and why you obtain the results.
The person who did my carpets and rug was very professional and worked very hard to get the dirt out of highly traveled areas. We were pleased with the look of the carpets and rugs after he was finished.
Brown stains appeared on carpet as carpet dried, these stains had never been there. Zerorez came back and re-cleaned the area, stains returned, as well as more stains appeared.
Tom Moody the technician was very professional, I told him upfront that i could not pay for any extras, he did not try to upsale....the carpets have never looked and felt so good.
I loved the process...I have no negatives to say about this product or the person that came out.

The prouducts you used on my old dirty carper cleaned it very well. I got to see the actual old color of the carpet
Mitchell was great...knew his work & very professional.Love the fact not wet & can walk on within an hour. Again it's those who come into homes & represent your company that make your company...and Mitchell was wonderful.
It did not take a long time and the carpet looked great when done. I did pay extra for a stain/odor neutralizer that didn't work as well as i would have liked though.

The Rep was okay, but he seemed to make excuses before trying to get stains out. And quite honestly, I couldn't see a difference in cleanliness of the carpet between you and your competitors. Seems all provide the same amount of clean.
no down time, they cleaned very well
The cost was way more than expected. The radio adds make it sound like you can get your pet stains out and it's the price of the steam cleaning. So instead of what I expected $160 approximately, I had to spend $700. It should be advertized that pet stain removal is additional. Plus they couldn't get the edges of the room very clean at all.
I was surprised to see just how clean my carpets were without the use of soaps and detergents. I was also amazed to see just how much detergent was removed during the process. I will be calling back to get the rest of the rooms cleaned.

I like that you don't use any harsh chemicals or solvents and that no residue is left behind. I haven't had my carpet professionally cleaned in years because it always turned into disappointment and a waste of money.
