I specifically used you becasue of your advertisemnt on the Jodi Dean Radio Show. I was look for a carpet cleaning co. that did deep cleaning without using water and no harsh chemicals. I just don't feel that enough time was spent on cleaning my carpet I pointed out some heavy used arear that are used and not enough attention to these areas and found a spot that was not cleaned. The technicians were in and out to fast. I expected more time would be given to the carpets. Sorry but this is how I feel. Thank you for giving us a feature that allows us to comment on your service.

You have the best process in the world, just a shame that your tech's don't quite make the mark, having used you several times it's always a hit or miss as to the tech we get. You should have your tech's listen to the commercials on WBAP about you, talking about the shoe protectors worn...my guy didn't have them...no big deal, but we had some repairs made to the house and the carpet was suffering, I paid for 3 rooms and had two only cleaned, and that took a grand total of less than 15 minutes. It was a semi-good cleaning, could have been a great job like you are capable of. Traffic areas were given no more attention or care that non-used areas.
The technician was pleasant, professional, courteous. He explained the options clearly. And then he went to work and was done before I expected him to be. Overall a very good experience. Will most likely use you again.
I like the fact that this is the cleanest our carpets have looked since they were first installed 12 years ago.
Service person created very large stains in the carpet and the chemicals used in the grout/tile cleaning burnt our dog's feet (had to get help from our vet to resolve their pain). You are going to return to try to resolve the stain issue.
The technician was prompt, courteous and patiently listened to what our expectations were. He did an outstanding job and my mother is still smiling and talking about how good the carpets look. Thanks Zerorez!

hose coming in front door in this hot weather is a problem. We are under alert with westnilke virus with mesquitos and to have the door open for an hour is not good. I found several mesquitos in the house yesterday. I have asked that you return since the carpet has dried and spots are still there that should have come up. I was also charged $75 for spraying an area that was stained (from the last trip in March 2011) and I am not sure why. I was told there was an odor - but I said, I have a a great nose and there is no odor to me - however, I believe this was done anyway. My $89 3 room jumped to $250. The last time it was $89 and jumped over $500.00. Thank you.
Original work was for the $89 special for 3 rooms + a 4th room. Was told that the 3 rooms had bad pet issues(I was aware of this) and needed 3 step treatment costing $1000+. I had the carpet in the 4th room (no pet issues) cleaned. I had the 3 rooms recarpetted for $702 and that included treating and sealing the floor. In the end I was still charged for the 3 rooms.

The pricing scam- 29 per room is fine- but $60 per room for pet treatment is where the scam part comes in- For $60 per room, you spend 1-2 minutes and squirt some air freshner on the stain???? it tripled the price I was expecting.

Better clarification on pricing for extra treatment of stains. Our bill was more than double than the original estimate.
Pet and coffee stains. I used my own spot remover and the stains came up. Now they might come back, which I understand.
Also, took two days for the carpet to dry. thought because of the high temperature of the water that it would dry faster.

The ads for your company by Jody Dean at 98.7 KLUV have stated that you can remove ANYTHING from carpet. Such as lipstick, pet stains, paint and candle wax. Our master bedroom carpet stains from dust, as stated by your technician, was NOT REMOVED. We were charged an EXTRA 30.00 just for our living room, and charged 25.00 to clean a small area in our master bath. i feel the price for the cleaning was VERY EXCESSIVE over what was ADVERTISED as a three room "SPECIAL!".

Your staff are professionl but warm. I appreciate the explanations they give about your products and I'm for anything that will protect our planet. My carpet (very light)looks wonderful, even the high traffic area. Joseph, the tech, was especially helpful.
great job cleaning the second time
You did not clean my carpet to my satisfaction. I called and had one of the rooms cleaned again. I can still see areas where it is tracked and looks dirtier than the rest of the carpet. I have cleaned the carpet myself in the past by using carpet doctor and I can get it a lot cleaner than what your guy did. He only took 45 minutes to do my entire house; 4 bedrooms, 3 living rooms,stairs and hallway. It takes me about 4 hours to do because I go over the dirty sections several times. I do not leave soap in the carpet either because I always finish with just water on the last clean. It's ridiculous that I can spend $60 and do it myself but have to pay you $260 and you only take 45 minutes. I will never use you again and will make sure I tell all my friends not to use you.

We were leasing back our former home from the new owners and you were able to accommodate us with same day service as we moved out of our house and needed the carpet cleaned. The foot path in our family room was removed and the carpet looked new again and smelled great. Thank you.
Your technicians can be really inconsistent in the quality of service that they provide. It's been about half and half, with some just awful. The guy who was just here Monday was very professional in attitude and he did a very good job. It is because of the zero residue, and the long lasting clean effect on my carpet that I continue to call, not for the consistency of the techs.
The technicians were on time, identifiable by transportation and clothing, and most importantly knowledgable, polite and patient with endless questions.
Due to the toxicity of the product being used to strip the tile floor I was requested to evacuate and have yet to see the finished results. I have confidence that I will be satisfied because Terry appeared to take pride in his work being well done.

Tom was excellent in cleaning my carpets. Took out dirt which Kiwi Carpet Cleaning was unable to just 5 weeks earlier. Very pleased woth the work performed.
I am disappointed that Zerorez application did not get some stains out. Also, I don't like that I still today see the "rake" lines on my carpet, even after vacuuming and walking on it for two days.
