Technicians were focused on upselling pet treatment to increase charge from $139/5 room special. They also didn't move a wool rug at my front door as other carpet cleaners do and walked through my home with their street shoes to get through the areas they were cleaning.
It works, what else can I say - Tim was professional, smart, explained everything, made sure I was satisfied - carpet does look new (it is 22 years old) and I am very happy. Will get tile done next. Hard to believe that something advertised works better than anticipated - way to go (and I like your name too)
Customer service was excellent. Carpet looks great.
I was quoted a price on the phone but when the gentlemen got to my house to do the job he said he couldn't do what I wanted for that price. He was very kind & helpful & did do a good job in what he did. But I still wound up paying more than my quote & I didn't get done what I wanted. If ur going to give a quote u need to honor that. That is not good business to not give people what they're promised.
non toxic and no residue
The carpet and floors look good but while cleaning the tile floors there was some of the cleaning product left on my stainless steel frig and trash compactor and I cannot get if off. Any suggestions?
i will promote the guys that come out clean but have issues with people answering the phone as I have asked 3 different times to get my first name spelled correctly and it's still wrong. It's Theresa.. Please correct !

My emailed receipt said one of my rugs was treated "on site" when you actually took it with you. I called and you got back to me, admitting that you had taken the rug. You could not do an amended receipt but I was promised that the supervisor would email me and acknowedge that you all had the rug. That was five days ago -- still no email. I trust you all, but I would like to have some "proof" that you have my rug. Thank you.

The guys were in a hurry to leave. I know we were the last house of the day, but they just didn't want to help us with the furniture.

Did not seem to work well. I expected Better results.
My only disappointment with the service was the very large add on charges for spot treatments. We started with a quote of $200 and ended up paying over $500! More than double our quote. The pricing would be my only reservation in recommending the service.
The service rep arrived promptly and did a very thorough job. My carpets look very good. I was a litte upset that once he arrived he informs that the special doesn't really include the deep cleaning and that I would have to pay more in order to get that. That type of approach seems like a gimick to me and I'm not sure I would use you again for that reason. I would have appreciated if the sales person who I booked your service with would have told the at the point of booking.
Service: I greatly appreciated the call notifying me that he was on the way. Joseph was very professional and did a great job. He did a great job of explaining the process/product.
I was very concerned about how wet the carpet would be and it turned out that it dried in less time than expected.
I would defnitely use Zerorez again and would like for the same tech to take care of me. I plan on having the tile cleaned and sealed after the 1st of the year.

When I called about the Chris Croft special, she said it was $89 for 3 rooms, and each additional room would be $11 more. But when the guy came, he said it would $33 more. I was very disappointed. then paid a LOT for the pretreatment for the pet urine stains and they did not come out. Then the guy says, well the treatment was for the smell only. So although he was very nice, i felt a little mislead! I would also like to know when I receive my Fullers gift card.

Service tech was early for appt. I would have liked for him to have out furniture legs on plastic & return to floor rather than stack chairs on my bed
