Everything was very professionally handled from my first phone call forward. The technician
was prompt, pleasant and knowledgeable. My carpet was beautifully cleaned and looks like new.
My carpet is so clean, fresh and soft after Zerorez cleans it.
Though it took a bit longer to dry than the other service I have used, I felt the carpet was cleaner and I liked the way it looks and feels under my feet. Also the young technicians were so nice and responded in a positive way to anything I asked them to do.

Our carpets were in terrible condition and they look 200% better now. The two men that came to do the work were very knowledgeable and friendly & did a great job. We will use Zerorez again for our next cleaning and request the same guys that did it for us this time.
You do not use chemical's, stains do not come back.

Salesman was very nice but he was unable to clearly explain what benefits your product brings or what your warranty covers. We would entertain a phone conversation to explain our experience. We are customers of Kiwi carpet cleaning, but decided to try Zerorez after hearing Mark Davis on WBAP and KSKY. We were so disappointed.
I was quoted a price of like $129 dollars over the phone.
When the technicians came they were telling me it would be around $600-$800 and then back and forth bargaining me down. As a finance professional i was extremely upset about this as I was only planning to pay the amount quoted over the phone which the technicians knew nothing about.
Also, they hurried through the process and left some areas still with big stains which they could have gotten out but diden't because the rushed through the process. I was so excited to try your company but at this point I would not recommend this service to my large family or friends.
the tech all though nice did not do agood job the first time. One room was cleaned over. All though I should have asked them to clean the second room.
no soap in cleaning solutions. We particularly liked our cleaning person, Roy, he was a top notch person and an excellent representative of your company. Our carpets looked great when he finished.
Your ad's do not tell the complete truth about the cost of cleaning the carpets. The extra $65 - $75 per room charge was a big surprise when your tech was inspecting our carpets before he began the cleaning.
This was the first time we used Zerorez. The gentlemen were on time, courteous, friendly and efficient. We told them what we thought needed to be done and they took good care of our carpet. Our carpet is nearly 20 years old and it looks almost new. THANKS
Tony C. was very professional in his manner and offered to clean the dining chair with the awful stain on it. He took it outside and in about 15 minutes you couldn't see the stain at all. That sold me! All 8 chairs look brand new! I bought the table and chairs at an antique store in Keller about 15 years ago. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone that asks if I know a good carpet/fabric cleaning place!
No use of chemicals and quick dry. Also, employees were very nice and knowledgeable.
I feel like what they told me over the phone is what I got. I wasn't pressure into adding products to the carpet to spend more money. They guys were very friendly and polite. I had a very good experience and plan on using you again for my carpets.

I had no idea the front door was going to have to be cracked open the entire treatment. On a 90+ degree day, I was watching the AC head out!!!
I told them that the electricity was off and when they came they did not bring anything to treat spots without electricity. Then they wanted to charge us again to come back when the electricity was on.
