We already and moved furniture and my husband helped with the couch. However we had three chairs that were not moved so not cleaned beneath them. For almost $400 I thought you might send two technicians who could move furniture, put it on blocks or something.
However, he was very nice and did a good job otherwise.
I have had the pet stains treated several times and they still seems to show up with your light when you come a year later. We do not have pets but the people who lived here about 3 years before us did. I would like them treated and not come back at all.
The honesty of the personnel was very refreshing. You're frontline persons that are actually going to the homes and doing the work come across as honest and dedicated. The end result was impressive also. I will definately recommend you to others who are in need of carpet cleaning services!
Your rep and what you use to clean the carpets -- no chemicals, no odors. You work hard to remove the stains and explain why certain stains cannot be removed.
Your pricing was misrepresented. When I set-up the appointment, I was told it would be $89 for the room and hallway I wanted cleaned...I was not asked any specifics about the type of carpet, how long it had been since it had last been cleaned, etc. There was never any mention of additional charge for extra cleaning ...the only mention of extra cost was in the confirmation email, saying there could be a charge for spot treatments if necessary. With that being said I thought there could be an added $30-40 charge. I was extremely shocked when the tech told my husband & I it would be almost $300 to do a thorough cleaning. I was also unhappy that the hose the tech used rubbed the paint off of a very newly painted wall. Two days following the "cleaning" Zerorez did, I used my Hoover steam-vac and it was amazing the dirt I got out that Zerorez was not able to. In addition, I never received a receipt I was told I would receive by email.

Did a very good job of cleaning most of the areas. Have one small area that needs to be re-done. I have an appointment to have it cleaned.

My carpet is 30 years old and the last people that came to clean it said they could not do anything to help it. I had to get it cleaned for an appraisal. It was unbeleivable how good the carpet came out. Stains that I thought would never come out came out. I liked your technicians. They were early (but called to tell me they were running early), polite, friendly and worked quickly and professionally. It has hard to find quality customer service these days, but I am impressed with the customer service within your company.

Your products and services are great. There were some oil spots on the carpet in a bedroom that I had not been able to remove. But the guy assured me the product he used would remove them and they are gone. This is the second time I have used your services and I am 100% satisfied. I will be calling you again next year.
The techs were right on time and very knowledgeable. I'm encouraged to know that you only use organic cleaning products. I hesitate to tell you how completely satisfied I am until my rug is returned to my home. However, I feel confident that it will arrive in advance of my party on October 13, and that it will be cleaned to my satisfaction. Thank you.
You don't use soaps. It's all steam extraction. Your service agents are always on time, very polite and helpful.
