was dissapointed to learn that you do not move furniture. would like to have known ahead of time so i could have taken care of all of that. other companies do it so i was expecting it to be handled
All the guys worked hard to get the carpet clean, and it looked good when they left. Unfortunately, some of the dirt, or wear spots looked almost the same after drying as they did before treatment. It looks better than before you came out, but certainly not like your commercials state it would look. I appreciate the surveys and contact by Brad to follow up, but the carpet still does not look the way I was hoping it would.

I remembered why my first experience was less than great when the service man this time said not only should I do the $60 pet treatment per room already agreed upon, but also another treatment that was like $75 a gallon and needing 8 gallons. I tried Zerorez the first time after hearing a radio ad saying "We can eliminate all stains, odors from pets etc." but leaving out that it will cost and additional $600 to do it the right way. I do feel the cleaning is above average and will use Zerorez again, but I would appreciate a more honest advertising approach and not always being upselled at the time of service.
When I called, I was not told about the fees for pet stains, which I expected and did not mind paying., but I should have been told up front. However, the worst stain, by the armoire going into the master bath, did not look as if it had been touched! I have been making headway on it with hydrogen peroxide, but Kiwi never left a spot. I also did not like the fact that the tech told my husband Kiwi was not good and warranties were voided on carpet cleaned by Kiwi. There is no need to diss another company when you are already on a job, plus I have never heard of such a thing. Are traffic patterns supposed to come back so soon? It has been a week and the bedroom pattern is back. I First name removed't know what can be done to fix this, we have company coming and will just have to do something ourselves. My floors are so clean, my 83 year old mama and I did a Happy Dance! AND we're still smiling after a week! Thanks so much to Chris for a job VERY WELL DONE! He got so much chemical residue out of the carpets and off my ceramic tiles, nothing but vinergar in my mop water from now on. AND when I wasn't sure why I saw some spotting on my tile after the sealant dried, ZeroRez sent someone out to check it out right away. He showed me it wiped right up with a damp cloth and set about going over my floor on his hands and knees to shine it up. That's taking your job seriously! But I got out my steam mop and all was well in a couple minutes. Thank you, thank you , THANK YOU!!!

After my carpet dried most of the stains remained and some of my carpet was still wet after 24 hours.
After reading your advertisement,I expected much better results. This is the most expensive carpet cleaning I have have ever had, and I am very disappointed! I have called for a redo and I certainly expect much better results!

find a chemical solution that will remove any spot or small stain. There were a few stains that could not be removed

I love the way my carpet looks after you have cleaned it. Like new!!! I would not let anyone else touch it.

I was very pleased. I had moved into the apartment, before the complex had cleaned the apartments. They were late,, so th carpet never was clean prior to my move in. I was pleasantly surprised when the tea, coke, etc.. stains came out. The apartment complex was surprised too! Thank you again, Zerorez

The carpet was cleaned very well.
The workers were very knowledgeable and efficient. I was very pleased with the results on the carpets. We had a white berber that I thought was ruined. It looks like new.Because we try to live in as healthy an environment as possible, I love the fact that no chemicals are used.

When I contacted your group to set a cleaning date, I mentioned that I was concerned that the edges and step crevices would get cleaned. When that was mentioneds to the tech at our home, he said he didn't have equipment that would do that cleaning. Also, he said that since we burned fragrance candles in the house, we would continue to have those issues?????????
It seems to me that a crevice tool would be standard issue on a truck.
