carpets brought back to life the only thing, additional cost to remove pet stains
The workers are very kind and curious. Very respectable and willing to listen and answer any of my concerns. The job was done quick and thoroughly.

the way the carpet looks after being cleaned cannot be compared to other services I have used. You are able to get out stains the other companies could not remove.
I like the fact that there is no soap residue left in the carpet
The men that cleaned my carpet were very professional and went to work and explained what they were going to do and then did what they said they were going to do. My carpets look great! I will definitely use ZeroRez again and will also refer them to my friends and family.
Zerorez got out much more dirt and stains than Dalworth. Excellent job.
I just wanted to get 4 rooms cleaned; the special was for &89.00 for 3 rooms and each addtional room was $30.00. When I called to discuss the date of my cleaning (which was 2 weeks before I needed it cleaned) and asked how much drying time was needed, the person said 3-4 hours. Once it was cleaned he told me 6-7 hours. I had explained to the person setting the appt I was having a large party the next day. Then when the cleaner arrived after making an assessment of my carpet gave me an estimate of %575.00 and that if i didn't do the "special" pet treatments it would smell the next day! I have had my carpets cleaned many, many times and no one has every quoted me that price or told me my carpets would smell the next day if I didn't do the "special" treatments. And lastest, I did go ahead and choose the "special" treatment (my bill was $200+) for one particular place, when it dried there was a stain 4feet x 4feet that started out 3INCHES x 3INCHES. When I called back that evening (friday), the girl on the phone told me I would have to wait the next day to make sure it was dry before they wouuld reschedule someone to come back to the house; which now is the day my guests are arriving (saturday). She told me to call at 7:00AM on saturday when they opened, which when I did, and the answering service answered and told me they would get back to me on Monday. Finally after begging her to get a hold of someone who could take care of my problem she transfered me to leave a message. I called back at 8:00 and finally got ahold of someone and after 10 minutes, she told me someone could come out between 4-6PM, closer to 6 because they were booked that day. When I explainded thats when my guests would be arriving and that is why I called on friday evening she said that was "just the best they could do". A person did come to my house by 3:45 and was very knowlegable and the stain is almost gone (if you really look, you can still see the faint outer edges of the stain). I would like to be reimbursed for my money as I am completely dissatified when my total experience with ZeroRez; which a very good friend had highly recommended.

Carpet looks almost new. Spots were removed- final outcome exceeded our expectations!
The appointment was scheduled for the wrong day. Second the carpet cleaner was to arrive at 4:30 -5:15 got here at 6:15. Third the cleaning was to take about 2 1/2 hours the carpet cleaner cleaned the office by himself in 1 horu
Rick arrived on time. He discussed the problem areas, and went right to work cleaning those areas. Nice job cleaning the carpets and the area was dry within four hours.
Professional and efficient service
I have a call into a manager in regards some "upselling" and offering of additional products "Pet Treatment". I had noted I just wanted the $89 special however, was not home during the service call my husband was. My Bill ended up at $280. Which even with adding the Pet Treatment was over by $50. Other than that the actual cleaning itself was awesome.
No soapy residue left on carpet, effective cleaning.
Did not like having to negotiate price for service. Technician was trying to sell additional products where I just wanted to have my carpet cleaned. It seemed like pushing the extra products was very important.
As far as the carpet cleaning results, the technician worked very fast and after he was gone I noticed some small spots that I feel he should have paid more attention to. I have had the carpet cleaned before and the technician from another company even wiped down the baseboards and made sure I was completely satisfied. Customer service is everything and the little extra's count.
I just don't think that the cleaning lived up to the advertisement that I heard on the radio. I do however like the system of not using soaps etc. to clean.

I called your office 3 times Friday to speak with a Supervisor about my unsatisfactory experience and deny permission to clean an oriental rug teken by your technicians following my home carpet cleaning. I was told a supervisor would return my call but they never did. I sent an urgent email explaining my issues with your company and request for an immediate response. Zerorez deposited my $896 check immediately but hasn't had the coutesy of a single return phone call !!!! To say I am upset is a drastic understatement !!
I like the fact that they are green --no odor or residue feel. The technician was very polite and seemed to be a hard worker. I am very pleased with the results. The carpet looks brand new and it is 4 years old!
Lot of bait and switching....
I had a grease stain in my hallway, and thought nothing would get it out. So after about 3 weeks of being there I heard about zerorez and it came right out, along with everything else. My carpets look new. Thank you so much.
I like the promptness of the technician and the amount of information given on what is best for carpets.
Your products and services are exactly what Jody Dean of KLUV 98.7 advertised. Promptness and courteous service by the technician. All questions were answered. The technician did a thorough and wonderful job,taking his time to cover all areas requested and in some instances took a little more time where areas needed more attention. We liked the fact that you use no soap and provided a spray protective coating upon request. My wife couldn't believe how nice the carpet looked and in the areas most frequented with traffic most noticably by the back door. The technician was very professional and its like we have brand new carpet which smells great.
I like absence of detergent, and I like the results.
The carpet was pretty wet took all night to dry esp. in dining area and hallway where I have no ceiling fans. No shoe covers used.

Cleaners both professional and did a great job. Very efficient and well mannered.
