How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Your method of invoicing does not allow a visual inspection until after the tech has left and you have paid. I told the tech that I had a coupon and he did not apply it. I am also disappointed in the method of charging. I feel that I overpaid for what I needed/got. I have used you 3 times this year already. I know that I have spent a huge sum and yet I was still charged a minimum fee for 3 rooms when all I needed was the hall and some pet spots. I had a coupon for the hall free and/or $30 off pet spots. Check my bill and see if you think I should have been charged $350.

What could we do to improve?

I was very happy with the personnel and their professionalisme however, they did not move the beds in order to reach the space underneath. I was hoping that this would be done especially since the rooms were small enouth to move the furniture. I had moved all small furniture before the cleaners arrived. Also the drying time took just as long as the other carpet companies and once the carpet had dryed there were still some dark spots..

What could we do to improve?

Tighten the window of when we can expect a technican to arrive. Giving all day when first setting an appointment and then a 6 hour window when calling to confirm the appointment really impacts the customer's ability to use their time on the day of the cleaning.

First of all i want to say the man who did my carpets, Zack, was very professional..I was quoted over the phone 165.00 and ended up paying 305.00.. I was somewhat ok with with that until after the job was done the carpets looked no different after than before..

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Used to have large powerful steamers, now showing up in unmarked white vans? Carpet used to be nearly dry when done, now sopping wet? They used to spend significant time and effort to get stains out, now they are done with the whole house in 15 minutes? Spent more time trying to upsell me than they did cleaning the carpet. I paid over $200 for 15 minutes of actual work, that's over $800/hour - do I feel like I got my money's worth? Here's a hint - NO.

What a shame - Zerorez used to be the best in the business, now they are not even of average quality. My friends with rental houses who intially recommended Zerorez to me were also disappointed to hear of my experiences (last two). I am going to find a new carpet cleaning company and recommend that my friends do the same.

You want to make things right? Get rid of the pushy salesmen with the tiny vans, bring back the powerful trucks and start giving your customers their money's worth again. Then maybe I will start using Zerorez again.

What could we do to improve?

Please ask your customers if they will require assistance in moving furniture, also ask if the styrofoam blocks will be needed. The first time we used ZeroRez we moved a lot of big furniture ourselves and were told by the 2 technicians that came out that it wasn't necessary that they would have done that for us. They also came prepared with the necessary blocks. Things have definetely changed since our first use of ZeroRez.

As an avid recycler myself I am happy that you're a green company. My carpet looks great and my sofa and two recliners look like new. I will definitely use your service again.

You should make sure your quote is closer to the actual total price. Our quote was $368. We spent $625. We signed up for the $89 dollar special and also wanted our couches done. I measured the couches while on the phone with the rep. I told him we had pet urine in the carpet. He said the special included treatment, cleaning and sanitizing. The man that cleaned our carpet said whoever told me that knew better. We had to have the pet urine removed, so we paid the amount.

high pressure sales. Spilled coke stain didn't come out, but tech said it might not. Remainder of stains removed.

We had the carpet cleaning, Non-Guaranteed Pet Treatment, and Flash Non-Guaranteed Pet Treatment. The basic traffic dirt areas were cleaned to satisfaction, however there are a couple of areas that prove to be disappointing. It's only been 48 hours and parts of the areas cleaned now smells of ammonia. The technician said items like kool-aid is difficult to get out because it is like dye, however there are still several spots in the carpet. At times, it felt like we were being given a chemistry lesson. I realize pet odors are a problem, however I don't feel the service we received was comparable to the price charged.

This time you failed to really clean the carpets. Matter of fact they are now streaked and look terrible. The gentleman did not appear to try more than once on any spot or area. my hoover did a better clean job than this time. Very disappointed.
